I went to this dealership when the engine warning light came on on my BMW X5. I found extreme availability and competence despite being passing through and with extreme urgency. The staff were extremely polite and efficient and allowed me to continue my journey. Thank you very much you are really great.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che il servizio BMW non esiste più, è diventato tutto troppo commerciale e sintetico, è vero che ho ricevuto lo sconto ma ricevere la macchina dopo la manutenzione, pulita e profumata per di piu per noi donne che non badiamo alla pulizia settimanale maniacale maschile, non avrebbe prezzo, basta poco per farci felici ☺️
Too bad that the BMW service no longer exists, it has become too commercial and synthetic, it is true that I received the discount but to receive the car after maintenance, clean and fragrant, moreover for us women who do not pay attention to the manic weekly male cleaning, would be priceless, it doesn't take much to make us happy ☺️

I asked the mechanic in Policar if they could help me , he said that because my car was not a mini or BMW they could not assist me , I would have paid for their assistant !! If I had the money to buy a mini or BMW I would not buy a car from this dealership! If I could give them zero I would !!! Just heartless!!
