E la risposta del direttore dell'officina al problema con l'auto non è stata buona. Ho comprato un'auto usata solo 4 mesi fa e il motore perdeva acqua e necessitava di 2.300 euro per la riparazione. Ho comunicato alcune volte con il direttore dell'officina, ma era solo una serie di sottrarsi alle responsabilità. perché quando consegnato auto anche l'olio all'interno è solo poco più della metà invece che pieno e l'auto vibrerà in modo anomalo dopo l'avvio. Più tardi, 4 mesi dopo, è stato necessario sostituire l'intero cambio.Anche se la compagnia di assicurazioni ha pagato per la sostituzione del cambio, ho dovuto pagare 1.000 euro. Non mi fecero provare la vettura e non finalizzai l’acquisto. Dopo mesi vedo una vettura dello stesso mio interesse con gli accessori di mio gradimento. Mi contatta un certo Fabio molto gentile e cordiale, capisce che non sono di Empoli e mi da tutte le informazioni per telefono invogliandomi con gentilezza e cortesia unica a visionare la vettura e PROVARE. Mi reco in concessionaria, accoglienza clienti gentile e sorridente. Provo la vettura, concludo l’acquisto con Fabio con delle mie particolarità che chiedo e vengono soddisfatte. Che dire? IL GOMMISTA A CUI MI SONO RIVOLTO, MI HA FATTO NOTARE CHE LA GOMMA ERA INDURITA E PRODOTTA NEL MARZO 2016. LA BIRINDELLI SERVICE IN DATA 11/11/2019 MI HA INSTALLATO QUATTRO PNEUMATICI CHE AVEVANO GIA' TRE ANNI E NOVE MESI. ON 21/02/22 I PUNCHED A DUNLOP SPORT 01 TIRE IN ROF IN MY BMW. AFTER JUST 20KM HE WAS COMPLETELY ON THE GROUND DESPITE THE RUNFLAT WAS. THE RUBBER I ADDRESSED TO, MADE ME NOTICE THAT THE RUBBER WAS HARDENED AND PRODUCED IN MARCH 2016. BIRINDELLI SERVICE ON 11/11/2019 INSTALLED FOUR TIRES THAT WERE ALREADY THREE YEARS AND NINE MONTHS.
