Dopo aver percorso pochissimi km si è accesa la spia olio motore che segnalava di interrompere la marcia causa eccesso di olio. Contattata l'assistenza ci è stato detto in modo davvero poco educato dal meccanico che "sono cose che possono succedere"!!!!! Davvero vergognoso per un centro autorizzato che per un cambio olio e filtri richiede un prezzo 3 volte superiore rispetto ad una normale officina. Inoltre, si sono limitati solo a rimuovere l'olio in eccesso, mentre normalmente in questi casi si è effettua un nuovo cambio olio. L'unica nota positiva che mi sento di segnalare è la gentilezza della ragazza che lavora all'accettazione. Per il resto, consigliamo vivamente di rivolgersi altrove! Per il proprietario, ha confermato la vostra poca professionalità, se non riuscite neanche a risalire all'accaduto evidentemente rappresenta la prassi per voi questo tipo di problematica, non una tantum!!! Really shameful for an authorized center that requires a price 3 times higher for an oil and filter change than a normal workshop. In addition, they only limited themselves to removing excess oil, while normally in these cases a new oil change was made. The only positive note that I would like to point out is the kindness of the girl who works at the reception. For the rest, we highly recommend going elsewhere! For the owner, he confirmed your lack of professionalism, if you can't even trace the incident it obviously represents the practice for you this type of problem, not a one-off !!!
