Dort wurden wir abgewiesen und uns wurde gesagt es wäre kein Termin mehr frei. Im nächsten Moment kommen Einheimische dazu die das gleiche Anliegen haben und erhalten einfach sofort einen Termin. Wir werden stattdessen auf verschiedene andere Stellen vertröstet und bei der Frage ob sie vielleicht bei den anderen nachfragen können ob diese einen freien Tag haben wird einfach verneint und keinerlei Hilfestellung gegeben. In the next moment, locals come along who have the same concern and simply get an appointment straight away. Instead, we are put off to various other positions and when asked whether they can perhaps ask the others whether they have a day off, we simply deny and give no assistance whatsoever.

Mi ha risposto una signora, le ho chiesto se fanno tamponi per ottenere il pass di 48 ore, si è subito spazientita e mi ha tenuto in attesa per 3 minuti. Ok…. Poi è tornata al telefono, e dopo averle chiesto come prenotare il tampone per avere il pass di 48 ore ha sbuffato dicendo a qualcuno “ io con questa non ce la faccio” e ha passato il telefono al un suo collega uomo. Io, incredula per la sua risposta, ho detto, “scusi ma non mi sembra di aver chiesto niente di così stupido”. Il signore ha detto che erano molto pieni e si è scusato. Ora, io capisco tutto, ma perché una persona deve essere così maleducata? Mi dispiace molto ma questa signora della farmacia, che ha risposto al telefono alle 10.15 del 11/8/21 è stata veramente maleducata e arrogante. Insegnate a questa signora la gentilezza perché vi farà perdere clienti. Io qui state tranquilli che non ci metto piede. Non mi voglio sentire bullizzata o trattata come una scema da nessuno. Wrong person. I called to get information on how to get a tampon and how the green pass works. My partner and I are from the UK and we wanted IT. A lady replied, I asked her if they swab to get the 48 hour pass, she immediately got impatient and kept me waiting for 3 minutes. Ok…. Then she went back to the phone, and after asking her how to book the tampon to get the 48-hour pass she snorted saying to someone "I can't do this with this" and passed the phone to a male colleague of hers. I, incredulous at her answer, said, "I'm sorry but I don't think I asked for anything so stupid." The gentleman said they were very full and apologized. Now, I understand everything, but why does a person have to be so rude? I'm very sorry but this lady from the pharmacy, who answered the phone at 10.15am on 11/8/21 was really rude and arrogant. Teach this lady kindness because she will make you lose customers. Here, you can rest assured that I do not set foot there. I don't want to feel bullied or treated like a fool by anyone. Wrong person.

Ho chiamato 3 giorni fa per sapere se avevano un medicinale per il gatto (non sempre si trovano disponibili da altre parti) e non mi ha mai risposto nessuno. Alcune volte era occupato, altre volte non mi rispondevano... Ora io posso capire la situazione covid e le prenotazioni per i tamponi possono essere abbastanza difficoltose da gestire specialmente se è in servizio un farmacista solo ma allora si allestisce temporaneamente una linea solo per quello altrimenti chi come me doveva sapere una sola cosa alla fine si trova ad andare da un altra parte così perdendo il cliente no?! Cmq a parte questa cosa io mi trovo benissimo e il personale è molto gentile I mostly use this pharmacy because I know they have everything I need even if it's small. The only flaw .. I called 3 days ago to find out if they had a medicine for the cat (they are not always available elsewhere) and no one ever answered me. Sometimes it was busy, other times they didn't answer me ... Now I can understand the covid situation and bookings for tampons can be quite difficult to manage especially if there is only one pharmacist on duty but then a line is temporarily set up just for that otherwise who like me had to know only one thing in the end finds himself going somewhere else so losing the customer right ?! Anyway, apart from this, I am fine and the staff is very kind
