★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato nel concessionario per vedere la nuova tourer x2, mi hanno chiamato se si vuol chiamare venditore, ma ho capito che lo stavo disturbando...dovevo togliere le parole di bocca.
Per me può anche chiudere.
Non esiste solo Gino Auto....pefortuna.
I went to the dealership to see the new tourer x2, they called me if you want to call me a salesman, but I realized I was bothering him ... I had to take the words out of my mouth.
For me it can also close.
There is not only Gino Auto .... good luck.

Forse perché hanno un marchio che si vende da solo!
Assistenza in officina limitata!
Per effettuare un semplice controllo per una spia motore che si era accesa ci hanno messo una settimana per poi cambiare una banalissimo pezzo di ricambio.
Troppo lenti.
I believe we don't have much interest in selling because you have to chase them for a quote and availability. I walked around all the cars that were on display and no one showed up
Perhaps because they have a brand that sells itself!
Limited workshop assistance!
It took them a week to make a simple check for an engine warning light that turned on and then change a very trivial spare part.
Too slow.

During our holiday in Italy we had car trouble. There was a hose to the radiator leaking. We brought our car to this BMW dealer to have it repaired. After a few days we were told that not only the hose was leaking but also the head gasket and that it also had to be repaired. They found this out after refilling the system with coolant. We then decided to pick up the car at the garage and try do drive it home with a leaking head gasket. They were very difficult and did not want to give the car to us, driving with this car was very dangerous according to them. We had agreed on a price by e-mail for the replacement of the leaking hose and on the site we suddenly had to pay more then was agreed upon. While waiting for the car at the dealer, it turned out that they had not yet repaired the leaking hose.. Several mechanics were suddenly busy to replace the hose and to place coolant in the system. Then we drove 1400 km home without any problems, there was nothing wrong with our car. This is not what you expect from a BMW dealer!
