★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativissima, dopo aver aspettato 4 mesi per un ordine che sarebbe dovuto arrivare in 3 settimane vengo tranquillamente ignorato al telefono dal titolare (che aveva preso l’ordine) che ogni volta ha una scusa diversa per non parlarmi. Rispetto per il cliente pari a zero.
Negativissima experience, after waiting 4 months for an order that should have arrived in 3 weeks I am safely ignored on the phone by the owner (who had taken the order) who each time has a different excuse for not talking to me. Respect for the customer equal to zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presso l'attività in questione non ho acquistato niente ma sono passato per vedere se avevano ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Il negozio è davvero molto fornito ed è semplice da trovare si trova i fatti in una zona industriale. io personalmente non è riuscito a trovare il materiale del colore di cui ho bisogno perché era un materiale molto vecchio mentre in questo negozio la merce presso che di ultima generazione vi consiglio di farci un salto se avessi bisogno di piastrelle o rivestimenti.
At the activity in question I did not buy anything but I went to see if they had what I needed. The store is really well stocked and it is easy to find the facts in an industrial area. I personally could not find the material of the color I need because it was a very old material while in this store the goods at the last generation I suggest you take a leap if you need tiles or linings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fornitore molto inaffidabile. ho dovuto contattare più volte perché l'ordine delle piastrelle non è arrivato alla data concordata. dopo più di sei settimane di attesa per un pavimento in PVC, hanno chiesto un primo acconto, altrimenti il pavimento non è stato ordinato .... il tempo di consegna promesso era di 2-3 settimane. per noi mai più!
16marz: molto professionale per richiedere un deposito oltre sei settimane dopo che il cliente ha ordinato .....
very unreliable supplier. I had to contact several times because the order of the tiles did not arrive on the agreed date. after more than six weeks of waiting for a PVC floor, they asked for a first down payment, otherwise the floor was not ordered .... the promised delivery time was 2-3 weeks. for us never again!
