Lasciare anziani e bambini a digiuno per poi prendervela con tutta calma.
Personale all’accettazione MOLTO scortese che si fanno scappare parecchi commenti poco professionali.
 20 minutes in a row for acceptance and 50 for withdrawal.
Leave the elderly and children on an empty stomach and then take it easy.
VERY rude reception staff who miss out on many unprofessional comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poliambulatorio situato in pieno centro in zona piazza dei martiri. Locale abbastanza pulito tranne i bagni che sono molto vecchi e mal odoranti. Tempi di attesa per accettazione un po lunghi, personale non sempre preparato.
Polyclinic located in the center in the Piazza dei Martiri area. Room fairly clean except for the bathrooms which are very old and bad smelling. Waiting times for acceptance a little long, staff not always prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia valutazione è sul servizio di analisi del sangue che è l'unico che ho utilizzato. Molto efficiente ed organizzato. C'è sempre tantissima gente ma i tempi di attesa sono minimi.
My assessment is on the blood test service which is the only one I have used. Very efficient and organized. There are always many people but waiting times are minimal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esami sangue urina per tutto il percorso della gravidanza effettuati li. Mai visto una puntualità per prelievi come a Montebello. A volte finivo anche 5 minuti di anticipo .Ottima organizzazione
Urine blood tests throughout the pregnancy process. Never seen punctuality for withdrawals like in Montebello. Sometimes I even finished 5 minutes early. Excellent organization

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prelievo del sangue. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, tanto alla portineria quanto il ragazzo che si è occupato del prelievo. Mi hanno trattato come una persona e non come "lavoro da sbrigare". Sono molto soddisfatto.
Blood collection. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful, both at the concierge and the guy who took care of the pickup. They treated me like a person and not a "job to do". I am very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di ritirare un referto citologico ed avendo perso il foglio del ritiro non potevano darmelo, il personale della portineria (un ragazzo con barba e in divisa, ed un signore più grande) hanno chiamato il laboratorio e l'hanno stampato. Sono stati molto cordiali e gentili. Esperienza molto positiva
I needed to pick up a cytology report and, having lost the withdrawal sheet, they couldn't give it to me, the concierge staff (a guy with a beard and uniform, and an older gentleman) called the lab and printed it. They were very friendly and kind. Very positive experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina ho guardato gli orari di apertura del cup : 7,30-17,30 quindi durante l'intervallo mi sono recata per prenotare il vaccino per mia mamma e, SORPRESA, sportello cup chiuso. COMPLIMENTI!!!
This morning I looked at the opening hours of the cup: 7.30-17.30 then during the break I went to book the vaccine for my mom and, SURPRISE, cup door closed. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
