L’addetta è stata estremamente gentile, chiara ed ha efficientemente risolto il nostro problema. Un perfetto esempio di sanità di massimo livello We visited the health office for a change of residence, we could not find any files and our number was immediately called. L	Lisa Cogo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recata al cup di questo poliambulatorio e ho avuto purtroppo a che fare con un "signore" che oltre a non rispondere alla mia richiesta perché non ne aveva chiaramente voglia, ha usato fare sarcastico e irritante tant'è che me ne sono andata, era quello che voleva.. Ho fatto immediatamente un reclamo scritto all'ingresso, in merito all'accaduto. Sono rientrata e gliel'ho fatto presente perchè sono una persona educata,io.. Risposta:"SPALLUCCE e ha continuato stravaccato sulla sedia con la mascherina abbassata a parlare delle sue meritatissime vacanze con la collega".Direi che non serve aggiungere altro. Si vedeva personale andare avanti e indietro, chiacchierare e ascoltare musica a discreto volumi. Il così detto medico si è limitato a copiare quello che era scritto nella cartella delle visite precedenti. Non si è minimamente sognato di visitare la tiroide per "sentire" (con le mani, come fanno generalmente i suoi colleghi) eventuali noduli o cose anomale. Direi abbastanza vergognoso. Non c'è neanche bisogno di essere laureati per fare quello che ha fatto il "DOTTOR ......" proprio un servizio di pessimo livello. F	Feedric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo poco prima dell'appuntamento prenotato, prendo il biglietto e noto che non ci sono altri in attesa... mi fanno gettare il biglietto e aspettare l'orario preciso (in un periodo come questo poi). Vergognoso... voglia di lavorare sotto lo zero. I arrive just before the booked appointment, I take the ticket and notice that there are no others waiting ... they make me throw the ticket and wait for the exact time (in a period like this then). M	Manuel Lodi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza personale nella media, non mi aspettavo molto di più da un Poliambulatorio pubblico, reparti puliti e personale indaffarato ma non troppo cortese, la ragazza che prendeva gli appuntamenti era sempre scocciata e supponente ma anche questo rientra ormai nella norma... Nota negativa: gli orari inseriti sulla scheda Google My Business NON sono quelli reali e questo causa non pochi problemi, quando arrivi, devi cercare parcheggio, paghi il parcheggio...e poi trovi chiuso, mentre la scheda dice che dovrebbe chiudere 2 ore dopo... Nella media! Personal experience in the media, did not expect much more from a public clinic, clean wards and busy staff but not too friendly, the girl who took the appointments was always annoyed and opinionated but even that is now within the norm ... La dottoressa, oltre che competente anche garbata (non e' scontato), la vista e' stata accurata, un' ottima professionista. Sono rimasta soddisfatta.
