S	Silvia Serra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 30 marzo 2021alle h15,30 mia suocera 88 anni è andata a ritirare l'esito di un esame di mio suocero , invalido al 100% L'unica impiegata presente molto sgarbata ha detto che il modulo per il ritiro andava compilato a casa. Faccio notare che mia suocera aveva entrambi i documenti d'identità, il suo e quello del marito . Nonostante gli anni e la fatica è uscita un attimo per compilare il modulo e tornare alla cassa. A quel punto la "solerte" impiegata ha alzato i toni dicendo che sicuramente il modulo era stato compilato da lei e che non avrebbe consegnato nessun esame. Bravissima!!! Veramente un ottimo servizio! Vergogna!! I	Iliana German on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi il 27.05.2021 mi sono rivolta al poliambulatorio Mazzacorati per un certificato di maternità in gravidanza a rischio. Nn ostante chiamo il giorno prima per prendere un appuntamento mi dicono che nn serve, benissimo o pensato IO! Arrivò bussò alla stanza numero 20, mi riceve una dottoressa il nome nn mi lo ricordo. Dopo aver spiegato di che o bisogno mi dice che o sbagliato la stanza e mi porta in un altra dalla dottoressa Masi Patrizia. E qui comincia il ,,bello “ . Una persona mal educata che mi comincia a urlare in faccia, e dire di tutto e di più. Nn riesco a spiegare niente mi dice che Lei riceve solo con appuntamento. Cerco di andare via e lei continua a urlare però nn mi fa andare via. P.S. Per un attimo Vi ricordo che sono in CINTA!!!!! Comincio a tremare a sentirmi male. Incubo.....!!! Io non lo so come questa persona possa lavorare come dottoressa?????? Today on 05/27/2021 I contacted the Mazzacorati clinic for a maternity certificate in pregnancy at risk. M	Mara Ferjani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina sono stata a fare il prelievo e mi è capitata (sfortunatamente) una dottoressa di mezza età, con capelli di media lunghezza (tipo caschetto lungo) e bionda. Cominciamo dal fatto che era poco simpatica ed accogliente e si è visto sull’esecuzione del prelievo. Mi ha detto che le scappava la vena ahahah scusate avevo il braccio bloccato e fermo come richiesto. Poi conclude dicendo che ho delle brutte vene, a 33 anni non me l’ha mai detto nessun infermiere o medico anzi un livido così non l’ho mai avuto. La signora DOVREBBE CAMBIARE MESTIERE. I centri CUP sono strutture che richiedono molto tempo di attesa, perché dipende dalle procedure di ogni paziente che si reca allo sportello. Il personale è qualificato, disponibile e fanno sempre il possibile per aiutare chi ha pazienza e rispetto. The reviews are a perfect reflection of people going to and being rude no matter what the facts. CUP centers are structures that require a lot of waiting time, because it depends on the procedures of each patient who goes to the counter. The staff is qualified, helpful and always do their utmost to help those who have patience and respect.

A ciò si aggiunge il disgustoso comportamento di questa persona che qualche altro incapace ha posto a contatto con il pubblico. Pollice verso. Orario di questo spiacevole incontro oggi 11:30. Sconsigliatissimo, per tutti: cercate un altro luogo per fare i vostri prelievi. E	Elena Arfelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è pessima, hanno sbagliato un esame del sangue, da ripetere previa accordi con punto prelivi, mi metto al telefono, un operatore mi dice che per questo servizio bisogna telefonate dalle 10.30 alle 12, aggiungendo non un minuto in più né uno in meno!! Bene sono giorni che provo a contattare ma negli orari detti cade sempre la linea o addirittura la voce di iliad mi dice che il numero non è corretto!! Quindi??? Devo fare un'altra impegnativa e pagare un altro ticket per un errore loro???
