Ma quello che fa la differenza é il personale, la tecnica e la dottoressa che si distinguono per professionalità e gentilezza. Grazie! New and clean premises. For an examination I found the radiology department with the latest generation tools. But what makes the difference is the staff, the technique and the doctor who stand out for their professionalism and kindness. Thanks!

Dottoressa gentile e professionale. Do 3 stelle perché il fatto che siano accreditati al SSR ma gli esami li eseguiti non possano finire sul proprio FSE la trovo una pecca non da poco. New, modern and clean venue. I booked a visit online without difficulty and the wait is 5/6 minutes after the scheduled time. Kind and professional doctor. I give 3 stars because the fact that they are accredited to the SSR but the exams performed on them cannot end up on their own ESF I find it a major flaw.

Al telefono risponde una signorina incompetente che sembra cada dalle nuvole. Le chiedi quanto costa un certo esame di laboratorio e ti risponde "poco", quasi infastidita da tale richiesta... non tutti siamo ricchi sfondati e proprietari di palazzi! Le chiedi quando viene fatto e ti risponde "dipende"... ma che razza di servizio è?! On the site it says that they have an agreement with the SSN, then you discover that they are only for some exams, therefore pure misleading advertising. The phone is answered by an incompetent young lady who seems to fall from the clouds. You ask her how much a certain laboratory exam costs and she replies "not much", almost annoyed by this request ... not all of us are filthy rich and owners of buildings! You ask her when it is done and she answers "it depends" ... but what kind of service is that ?!

Ottimo il centro di prelievi, massima puntualità e estrema empatia. Ho inoltre fatto le lastre al ginocchio e la dottoressa è stata bravissima. Ambiente pulito e in ordine, il nuovo centro è ancora più moderno. I have been coming to this center for years out of necessity. Easy booking and extreme availability, kindness and professionalism on the part of the staff. Excellent collection center, maximum punctuality and extreme empathy. I also did the knee x-rays and the doctor was very good. Clean and tidy, the new center is even more modern.

Il tecnico di radiologia sempre disponibile, premurosa, scrupolosa nell'eseguire l'esame e nel verificare che le immagini fossero ben fatte. Conosco la drssa che esegue la refertazione e so di potermi fidare pienamente. Spero di poter continuare ad eseguire i controlli da loro. I went back to the center to do the mammogram for the annual check-up. As always, my expectations have been confirmed. The radiology technician always available, attentive, scrupulous in carrying out the examination and in verifying that the images were well done. I know the drssa who performs the reporting and I know I can fully trust her. I hope I can continue to check them out.
C	Chiara Giardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci tengo a precisare che la mia valutazione negativa è colpa esclusiva di un soggetto in particolare: una tecnica radiologa (direi), capelli corti grigi e occhiali da vista, che mi ha consegnato il referto stamane con una aggressività e maleducazione indecenti e immotivati. Per quanto riguarda il resto del personale veramente tutti gentili e disponibili e mi rincresce che non tornerò più, ne tantomeno consiglierò mai questo centro per colpa esclusiva di una frustrata e maleducata del genere. Le persone già frequentano questa struttura perché di certo hanno un problema non piacevole da risolvere, quindi trovo il colmo che si venga trattati anche con astio. Ps: ho controllato sul sito e si tratta della Dottoressa Bianca Maria Torchi. Complimenti. I would like to clarify that my negative evaluation is the sole fault of a particular subject: a radiologist (I would say), short gray hair and eyeglasses, who gave me the report this morning with an indecent and unmotivated aggression and rudeness. As for the rest of the staff, all really kind and helpful and I regret that I will never return, nor will I ever recommend this center due to the sole fault of a frustrated and rude person like that. People already frequent this structure because they certainly have an unpleasant problem to solve, so I find the greatest thing that they are also treated with hatred. Ps: I checked on the site and it is Doctor Bianca Maria Torchi. Well done.

Personalmente sono quasi trentacinque anni che sono seguita dai vari medici del centro: Dott. Torchi,Guidi, Pegreffi, Amorosa, Ari, solo per citarne alcune. Tutti medici estremamente competenti e disponibili con molti dei quali ho stabilito anche dei rapporti umani che oltrepassano di lungo quello che negli anni ho sviluppato con il mio medico di famiglia, tanto che mi è capitato in varie situazioni di rivolgermi a loro per avere chiarimenti esaustivi e consigli preziosi e utilissimi. Vero che da quando c'è stato il trsferimento c'è qualche difficoltà di contatto ( magari si può cercare di contattarli in orari non di punta o attraverso il sito) e lugaggini in accettazione, ma non bisogna dimenticare il periodo di covid: le code le abbiamo fatte ovunque, telefonare è stato impossibile a molti enti o strutture e la burocrazioa impone una prassi che allunga di moltissimo i tempi tecnici allo sportello. Anche per quanto riguada le ragazze dell' accettazione io ho sempre e comunque ritrovato gentilezza e cortesia ( un saluto particolare a Laura). Personally, I have been followed by the various doctors of the center for almost thirty-five years: Dr. Torchi, Guidi, Pegreffi, Amorosa, Ari, just to name a few. All extremely competent and helpful doctors with many of whom I have also established human relationships that go beyond what I have developed over the years with my family doctor, so much so that in various situations it has happened to me to turn to them for exhaustive clarifications and valuable and very useful advice. It is true that since the transfer took place there are some difficulties in contact (perhaps you can try to contact them at off-peak times or through the site) and lugaggini in acceptance, but we must not forget the covid period: the queues we have made them everywhere, making phone calls has been impossible for many organizations or structures and the bureaucracy imposes a practice that greatly lengthens the technical times at the counter. Ultimamente la Radiologa , dr Torchi mi ha aiutata con solerzia a risolvere un problema che mi angosciava. Brava come sempre insieme alla tecnica, deliziosa. Cmq tutto il centro è formato da professionisti capaci e seri . Il personale molto efficiente. Grazie infinite... I have been using the Hercolani Center for 30 years. Their professionalism and kindness always surprise me. Lately the radiologist, dr Torchi helped me with diligence to solve a problem that was troubling me. Good as always together with the technique, delicious. Anyway, the whole center is made up of capable and serious professionals. The very efficient staff. Thank you so much ...
