It seems only right to me, especially in this difficult moment in which we find ourselves due to Covid-19, to extend a warm thanks to the health personnel who have shown themselves to be truly helpful, courteous and organized in welcoming patients!
m	maria vvgghj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come organizzazione direi accettabile se non fosse per quelle 2 mummie che ci sono all'accettazione.Ti fanno passare la voglia di fare le cose.Ti rispondono appena con un si o no appena accennato.Purtroppo non è una SPA in cui ci si va a rilassare ma si va lì per un problema per cui un po' di gentilezza non guasterebbe. As an organization I would say acceptable if it weren't for those 2 mummies who are there at the reception. They make you lose the desire to do things. They just answer you with a just hinted yes or no. Unfortunately it is not a SPA where you go to. relax but you go there for a problem so a little kindness wouldn't hurt.
C	Chiara Raparelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco gentile, sono entrata e distrattamente non vedendo nessuno non ho pensato che dovevo attendere per la temperatura, una volta seduta sono stata aggredita verbalmente per la mia mancanza. È stata sicuramente una mia distrazione ma è inaccettabile l atteggiamento aggressivo ed ineducato nei confronti di una paziente. Unfriendly staff, I entered and absent-mindedly not seeing anyone I didn't think I had to wait for the temperature, once I sat down I was verbally attacked for missing me. It was certainly my distraction but the aggressive and uneducated attitude towards a patient is unacceptable.

F	Francesca Parisi Presicce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questi ultimi due anni ho avuto modo, purtroppo, di frequentare spesso il poliambulatorio e la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. Il personale infermieristico è stato eccezionale, soprattutto nell'affrontare l'emergenza covid19 e cercare di gestire, malgrado non fosse il loro lavoro, tutte le intemperanze delle persone che non si attenevano alle regole imposte dalla legge. A volte le persone non si rendono conto di tutto quello che c'è dietro il loro lavoro, stando lì spesso ho potuto osservare i salti mortali che facevano per risolvere i problemi di ogni singolo paziente malgrado non funzionassero i computer oppure non ci fosse la luce oppure non funzionasse il pos.....la loro pazienza mi è sembrata infinta, anche quando avevano a che fare con quelle persone poco educate che a volte capitano. Magari noi cittadini sfoghiamo su chi ci capita le inefficienze del SSN, ricordiamoci però che anche loro subiscono, nel loro lavoro, tali carenze e in più devono cercare di spiegare a noi il problema. Devo ringraziare ognuna di loro sia professionalmente che emotivamente, mi sono state vicine e mi hanno aiutato ad affrontare un brutto momento. Sempre GRAZIE. Unfortunately, in the last two years I have had the opportunity to often attend the clinic and my experience has been very positive. The nursing staff was exceptional, especially in dealing with the covid19 emergency and trying to manage, despite not their job, all the excesses of people who did not follow the rules imposed by the law. Sometimes people do not realize all that is behind their work, being there I have often been able to observe the leaps and bounds they did to solve the problems of each individual patient despite the fact that the computers did not work or there was no light or the pos didn't work ..... their patience seemed infinite to me, even when they had to deal with those uneducated people who sometimes happen. Maybe we citizens vent on who happens to us the inefficiencies of the NHS, but let us remember that they too suffer, in their work, such shortcomings and in addition they must try to explain the problem to us. I have to thank each of them both professionally and emotionally, they have been close to me and have helped me face a bad time. Always thanks.
