I had booked a molecular swab for travel but they canceled it 12 hours before the appointment, I can't find another place, I can't go home ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è la prima volta che mi reco al centro diagnostico sabatino e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Ultimamente le ragazze che rispondono al telefono sono gentilissime un grazie speciale a Benedetta che ha saputo indirizzarmi e consigliarmi dopo l’esito positivo del mio tampone.

Poca disponibilità e altretanto poca cortesia,
Il personale più interessato alle loro problematiche che seguire ed indicare correttamente e tempestivamente al paziente!!
Direi scarso interesse per il lavoro svolto e molto invece per le loro faccende!!!
Mi sono sentito dire che dopo due anni di pandemia certe domande sono scontate!!!
Ma sono modi?

Velocità nella parte dell' accettazione, nel chiamarci direttamente dentro la sala prelievo , cortesia e soprattutto tanta dedizione da parte degli infermieri che hanno effettuato il prelievo. Nonostante le vene non fossero ben visibili ed è stato complicato trovarle hanno avuto un tatto ed affetto verso mia figlia che mai ultimamente avevamo trovato in altre strutture. La bambina ha affrontato serenamente la puntura grazie a loro. Siamo state felici di essere venuti da voi, grazie ancora. C'è bisogno di infermieri così!

Although the veins were not clearly visible and it was difficult to find them, they had a tact and affection towards my daughter that we had never recently found in other structures. The little girl coped with the sting serenely thanks to them. We were happy to have come to you, thanks again. We need nurses like this!
