While traveling, the car reports a breakdown to me. I contact them to understand the extent of the failure, they perform the analysis quickly and do not require anything for the service given. Professional, fast and very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato circa tre anni per lasciare questa recensione poiché un po' mi dispiace ma volevo essere sicuro della mia tesi: posso affermare che la mia auto non presenta più problemi a seguito delle normali manutenzioni ordinarie. Infatti ogni qualvolta entrava in officina ne usciva con un nuovo problema! Per problemi straordinari ho dovuto quasi sempre riportargli l'auto. Forse gentili il team officina ma sicuramente poco capaci nel metterti apposto l'auto. Inoltre la titolare si presenta sboccata ed ho avuto l'impressione di essere trattato non come cliente ma quasi come suo dipendente nel trattare le questioni. Peccato!
I waited about three years to leave this review because I am a little sorry but I wanted to be sure of my thesis: I can say that my car no longer presents problems following normal routine maintenance. In fact, every time he entered the workshop he came out with a new problem! For extraordinary problems I almost always had to return the car to him. The workshop team is perhaps kind but certainly not very good at getting the car right. Furthermore, the owner looks foul-mouthed and I had the impression of being treated not as a customer but almost as her employee in dealing with matters. Sin!
