★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onesti e gentilissimi. Ho avuto un problema con un pneumatico riparato al volo col kit di autoriparazione. Mi hanno smontato la gomma, controllata, rimontata senza però trovare la falla temporaneamente sistemata dal prodotto autoriparante. Pur perdendo 20 minuti non hanno poi voluto essere pagati per il disturbo loro arrecato. Non li conoscevo ma ora hanno sicuramente guadagnato un futuro cliente.
Honest and very kind. I had a problem with a tire repaired on the fly with the repair kit. The rubber was removed, checked, but without finding the hole temporarily fixed by the repairing product. Although they lost 20 minutes, they did not want to be paid for the inconvenience caused to them. I didn't know them but now they have definitely gained a future customer.

Dopo il mio reclamo (fatto 2800 km e gomma posteriore finita), mi hanno proposto un piccolo sconti6 per cambiare la gomma posteriore. Faccio presente che quanto sopra é successo nel 2016. Credo che nel frattempo i servizi siano molto migliorati.
Bad service. I changed tires on the bike and they fitted me with 2 front tires. After my complaint (done 2800 km and finished rear tire), they offered me a small discount6 to change the rear tire. I would like to point out that the above happened in 2016. I believe that in the meantime the services have improved a lot.
