★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pienamente soddisfatto per la loro competenza, professionalità e collaborazione nel portare avanti tutto il lavoro di burocrazia. Ti seguono passo passo. Partendo dal presupposto che loro offrono prodotti di marca ed evitano come la peste cineserie varie e prodotti poco performanti, posso solo dire che sono veramente contento. Mi hanno supportato e sopportato in tutto. Bravissimi loro e bravissimo l'ingegnere che si occupa della parte "progettazione e carte varie". Prima di contattare loro mi ero informato anche con altre aziende, ma alla fine il non plus ultra sono proprio loro. Consiglio al 101%. Non fatevi abbindolare da aziende che vi promettono prodotti eccellenti e lavori ben fatti a fronte di una spesa bassa...come saprete già, le cose non possono convivere. BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI!

La mia casa ora è totalmente elettrificata con un sistema fotovoltaico sul tetto e le sue batterie di accumulo, una pompa di calore e i suoi serbatoi per l'acqua. Hanno progettato tutto ponendo attenzione alle esigenze e alle abitudini delle persone e per questo ora il "comfort" degli ambienti è ottimale per me e la mia famiglia. Inoltre si sono occupati di tutti gli aspetti burocratici.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto De Masi impianti perché volevo rendere la mia casa Green deciso a dimenticare il gas e passare ad una casa completamente elettrica, si anche per il riscaldamento con pompa di calore, mi sono informato documentato e alla fine ho deciso .Pietro è stato il top è venuto a casa a valutato la mia abitazione il mio impianto di riscaldamento le mie esigenze e in poco ha progettato il meglio per me .Ha una squadra di collaboratori veramente eccezionali bravi precisi e molto preparati a spiegarmi passo passo i lavori che svolgevano, senza dimenticare l'educazione che hanno, sempre disponibili ad arrecare meno disturbo possibile.
Prossimamente saranno nuovamente miei ospiti per un impianto fotovoltaico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo intenzione di sostituire il condizionatore sinora utilizzato nella mia abitazione e contemporaneamente di installarne un altro in un locale adiacente, decidevo di contattare telefonicamente la Ditta De Masi, chiedendo loro un sopralluogo presso il mio appartamento.
A distanza di pochi giorni, il titolare effettuava il sopralluogo, confermando la fattibilità dei lavori, e decidevo quindi per l'installazione di un dual split.
Dopo avere ricevuto il preventivo, concordavo la data dei lavori, che venivano ultimati in un giorno e mezzo.
Che dire, sono rimasto favorevolmente impressionato dai tecnici che hanno eseguito i lavori, in quanto hanno dimostrato competenza e professionalità, cercando inoltre di arrecare il minor disagio possibile nei locali interessati dall'installazione dei nuovi condizionatori.

A few days later, the owner carried out the inspection, confirming the feasibility of the work, and then I decided to install a dual split.
After receiving the quote, I agreed on the date of the works, which were completed in a day and a half.
What can I say, I was favorably impressed by the technicians who carried out the work, as they demonstrated competence and professionalism, also trying to cause as little discomfort as possible in the rooms affected by the installation of the new air conditioners.

Mi hanno consigliato la miglior soluzione per l'installazione di un impianto fotovoltaico con accumulo, su un tetto di coppi molto vecchi e fragili, ed in un periodo difficile anche per la reperibilità dei materiali. Nonostante tutto hanno mantenuto senza problemi le tempistiche di installazione previste. Sono sempre molto gentili e veloci anche per le richieste post vendita. L'impianto a distanza di un anno non ha mai avuto alcun problema e per ogni dubbio ho potuto contattarli ricevendo sempre risposte risolutive. Sono molto soddisfatta di quanto mi è stato consigliato come tecnologia ed ho potuto effettivamente vederne i vantaggi. Hanno gestito loro anche le pratiche sugli incentivi consegnandomi praticamente impianto e documentazione finiti.

After one year, the plant has never had any problems and for any doubts I have been able to contact them, always receiving decisive answers. I am very satisfied with what was recommended to me as a technology and I could actually see the benefits. They also handled their incentive practices, practically handing me the finished plant and documentation.
