★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovette andare con le basse temperature copritevi come andare a sciare. Ho fatto un giorno (08:00-18:00)fuori sotto una tettoia accanto a un fungo con bombola da bar a 3°c. Nemmeno alla pausa pranzo non hanno voluto lasciarmi in cabina del camion. Nonostante ce la sala d'attesa esterna (foto allegate) non ci facevano entrare con la scusa che dopo devono disinfettare e se arriva qualche controllo gli fanno la multa. La maggior parte della giornata sono stato da solo quindi non esiste il problema (non piu di 2 persone). Mah...non aggiungo altro..
If you had to go in cold temperatures, cover up how to go skiing. I went one day (08: 00-18: 00) out under a canopy next to a mushroom with a 3C bar cylinder. Even at the lunch break they didn't want to leave me in the truck cabin. Despite the external waiting room (photo attached) they did not let us in with the excuse that afterwards they have to disinfect and if some control arrives they will get a fine. Most of the day I was alone so there is no problem (no more than 2 people). Well ... I won't add anything else ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo sotto tutti i punti di vista,scortesi,tempi lunghissimi,per essere un'officina di una "concessionaria ufficiale MAN" non avere neanche un'auto di cortesia per i clienti la dice lunga.
Ci sono officine private soltanto autorizzate MAN che hanno addirittura 3 auto di cortesia.
Bad from all points of view, rude, very long times, to be a workshop of an "official MAN dealership" not even having a courtesy car for customers says a lot.
There are private workshops only authorized by MAN which even have 3 courtesy cars.

Unica nota di demerito è al responsabile del reparto gomme visto come ha trattato un suo collega riprendendolo in malo modo, soprattutto davanti a dei clienti . Questo fatto a mio modesto parere denota poca professionalità e maleducazione da parte del responsabile dell'officina. a
Hello, the staff is trained and professional. The only demerit is to the head of the tire department, seen how he treated a colleague by taking him back in a bad way, especially in front of customers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima officina ma non esiste cortesia e gentilezza soprattutto dài titolari la sala d'attesa la tengono chiusa ti fanno aspettare sotto una tettoia non si sa il perché général mente l'autista che arriva in codesta officina viene trattato con molta scortesia
Excellent workshop but there is no courtesy and kindness especially from the owners the waiting room keep it closed they make you wait under a canopy no one knows why in general the driver who arrives in this workshop is treated with a lot of rudeness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina man al top di gamma... Veloci e molto bravi a capire i problemi, invece che pensare subito di sostituire il pezzo come molte altre officine, ragionano e vanno a capire per quale motivo si è rotto.

Workshop man at the top of the range ... Fast and very good at understanding problems, instead of immediately thinking about replacing the part like many other workshops, they think and go to understand why it broke.
