★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con mio figlio abbiamo fatto vari preventivi e dalla concessionaria Autojolly oltre a riceverci con cortesia ci hanno fatto risparmiare più di mille euro SENZA CONTARE CHE C'È STATO QUALCHE PROBLEMA SUGLI INCENTIVI STATALI E LORO NON CI HANNO ANBBANDONATO INSTAURANDO UNA VERA BATTAGLIA VIA MAIL CON L'ENTE PREPOSTO OTTENENDO QUELLO CHE CI ERA DOVUTO con un ulteriore risparmio di 1500 euro cosa che a Genova non era possibile.
Ringraziamo tutto lo staff per la pazienza e la perseveranza nell'ottenere la massima soddisfazione del cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se cercate un concessionario che tiene davvero al cliente, avete trovato il posto giusto. Quando tutto va bene è facile, ma è quando ci sono i problemi che viene fuori il vero carattere del concessionario. Ho comprato parecchie auto, ma tutti i concessionari sono stati un po' deludenti quando ci sono stati problemi ... tutti tranne questo ... seri e professionali, saranno il mio punto di riferimento da ora in avanti. If you are looking for a dealer who really cares about the customer, you have found the right place. When everything goes well it is easy, but it is when there are problems that the true character of the dealer comes out. I bought quite a few cars, but all the dealerships were a little disappointing when there were problems ... all but this one ... serious and professional, they will be my point of reference from now on. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato la Concessionaria Suzuki AutoJolly di Tortona in quanto la concessionaria in zona non aveva disponibilità di Ignis se non dopo mesi. Con lungimiranza il signor Fausto Berté aveva ordinarto una Ignis Allgripin in più e l'affare si è concluso in breve.
Sono molto soddisfatto sia dal lato commerciale che meccanico per l'aggiunta di alcuni accessori sul momento.
I 70 km da Genova valgono la pena.
I contacted the Suzuki AutoJolly dealership in Tortona as the local dealership did not have Ignis available until after months. With foresight, Mr. Fausto Berté ordered an extra Ignis Allgripin and the deal was closed shortly.
I am very satisfied on both the commercial and mechanical side with the addition of some accessories on the spot.
The 70 km from Genoa are worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concessionaria con personale serio e competente. Miglior preventivo della provincia Cuneo e Savona x acquisto della nuova suzuki s-cross 4wd e con ottima valutazione dell'usato (due auto). Tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati anzi fino in anticipo. Infine x concludere il tutto ritirata l'auto con il pieno di benzina offerto .... CONCESSIONARIA VERAMENTE DA CONSIGLIARE.... BRAVO PAOLO.....
Dealership with serious and competent staff. Best quote in the province of Cuneo and Savona for the purchase of the new suzuki s-cross 4wd and with an excellent second-hand evaluation (two cars). Delivery times were respected indeed up to in advance. Finally x to conclude everything withdrawn the car with a full tank of petrol offered .... DEALER REALLY TO BE RECOMMENDED .... BRAVO PAOLO .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono imbattuta nella Concessionaria Autojolly quasi per caso, mentre ero alla disperata ricerca di un nuovo veicolo tra i tanti proposti ultimamente nella giungla delle offerte e delle novità in campo automobilistico. Dopo aver sentito più concessionari, ho chiamato una sera l'Autojolly e da quella prima telefonata conoscitiva ne sono seguite altre che mi hanno convinta ad optare per l'acquisto di una Suzuki Swift proprio da loro. Sono stata seguita dal primo preventivo al contratto definitivo ed alla consegna dell'auto nuova (in anticipo rispetto al previsto) in modo puntuale e preciso, nonostante la distanza. Tra messaggi whatsap e contatti online tutta la transazione è avvenuta in maniera ottimale. Abito a più di 100 km da Tortona ma il viaggio è valso la pena. Beh siamo stati compensati del viaggio anche con un pieno di benzina offerto il giorno della consegna della Swift. Mi era stata prospettata la consegna a domicilio ma ho preferito portare io la mia auto in permuta direttamente al concessionario e ritirare li l'auto nuova. Ringrazio Paolo, Fausto, tutti i collaboratori dell'Amministrazione (super premurosi), chi ci ha spiegato il funzionamento dell'auto (purtroppo non ne conosco il nome, ma per me è stato un vero tutor visto che arrivavo da una Yaris del 2001 ... che adoravo ... che di tecnologia aveva ben poco), chi dell'officina ci ha accolti il giorno della consegna della Swift ... tutte persone gentilissime. Mi dispiace per la distanza perché sia io che mio marito ci siamo trovati bene, l'aspetto umano sicuramente qui non manca.
I came across the Autojolly Dealership almost by chance, while I was desperate for a new vehicle among the many recently proposed in the jungle of offers and news in the automotive field. After hearing from several dealers, I called Autojolly one evening and from that first cognitive phone call others followed that convinced me to opt for the purchase of a Suzuki Swift from them. I was followed from the first estimate to the final contract and the delivery of the new car (in advance of the expected one) in a timely and precise manner, despite the distance. Between whatsap messages and online contacts, the whole transaction took place in an optimal manner. I live more than 100 km from Tortona but the journey was worth it. Well we were compensated for the trip even with a tank of petrol offered on the day the Swift was delivered. I was offered home delivery but I preferred to take my trade-in car directly to the dealer and collect the new car there. I thank Paolo, Fausto, all the employees of the Administration (super attentive), who explained the operation of the car to us (unfortunately I don't know the name, but for me he was a real tutor since I came from a 2001 Yaris. .. which I loved ... who had very little technology), who from the workshop greeted us on the day of delivery of the Swift ... all very kind people. I'm sorry for the distance because both my husband and I enjoyed it, the human aspect is certainly not lacking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che per acquistare l’auto ho contattato parecchie agenzie. Autojolly è risultata di gran lunga la migliore. Premetto che sono di Torino e i contatti sono avvenuti solo telefonicamente o tramite whatsapp. Il signor Paolo possiede tutte le caratteristiche che difficilmente si trovano nei venditori d’auto : gentilezza, empatia, disponibilità e perfetta conoscenza delle esigenze del cliente. A tutto questo va sommato che il preventivo è risultato ottimo. Le cinque stelle sono strameritate e il mio consiglio,se volete acquistare una Suzuki, è quello di contattarli, anche se abitate lontano da Tortona in quanto vi vengono incontro riguardo la spedizione. L’auto la ritirerò tra qualche mese e se qualcosa andrà storto, ma non credo assolutamente, rivedrò la mia valutazione.
