★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought a mc donald's in italy would have been similar to the standards in other countries. This one was very bad, the waiting queues were always long, there are 4 eletronic borders on which you can order something and a cash desk.
I ordered two big macs and a medium coke, i mean what the hell, i have waited for an entire hour to finally get them. The employees are young females and some have college degrees and are not very efficent.
I am disappointed.
