★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente sono rimasto molto deluso da questa officina. Molta improvvisazione, poca professionalità e totale assenza di serietà da parte del responsabile. Brave invece le ragazze all'accoglienza.
 Honestly I was very disappointed with this workshop. A lot of improvisation, little professionalism and total absence of seriousness on the part of the manager. The girls were good at the reception.

Mi trovavo in vacanza nel Salento nel periodo natalizio ed ho avuto un problema alla mia Mercedes classe C 350e.
Sono stato assistito dal personale del Centro Assistenza Auto che, nonostante le festività (dal 29 dicembre 2021 al 4 gennaio 2022), ha risolto un problema al motore in tempi ragionevoli, fornendomi auto sostitutiva.
Ho trovato nel signor Bramato professionalità, garbo e tanta premura nei miei confronti.
Sono state soddisfatte tutte le mie aspettative legate al brand Mercedes.

High quality service center.
I was on vacation in Salento during the Christmas period and I had a problem with my Mercedes C-class 350e.
I was assisted by the staff of the Auto Assistance Center who, despite the holidays (from 29 December 2021 to 4 January 2022), solved an engine problem in a reasonable time, providing me with a replacement car.
I found in Mr. Bramato professionalism, courtesy and a lot of concern for me.
All my expectations related to the Mercedes brand have been met.

An absolutely ? ? customer service, extremely knowledgeable about my truck, very attentive to details, communicated with me frequently, even made videos of the extensive work my truck needed. It was just unfortunate that I was on vacation with my hubby and kids and simply didn't want to stress about getting a new truck. However, if you are on the market for a Benz, this is the place to get it, or get a current one repaired. Their honesty and oversight is unmatched. Finally, the work was done as quickly as possible! I had an opportunity to rent a car from them while mine was being repaired.
