★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiacevole affare con questo … . Ho effettuato un ordine sul suo sito in data 17 dicembre, e nello stesso giorno ho pagato, in data 24 dicembre ho ricevuto l’articolo. In data 28 dicembre ho rispedito indietro la merce perché non adeguata alle mie esigenze. Ho ricevuto il rimborso il 14esimo giorno esatto. Si sono tenuti i miei soldi più di un mese, (tra festivi, domeniche, sabati) mi parlavano di tempistiche, di errori del loro ufficio rimborsi, alzavano la voce al telefono intimando a non richiamare e non rispondono alle mail. Un mese di rimpalli di giorno in giorno con toni sgarbati. Che sia chiaro, la merce rispedita era perfettamente integra, era una giacca che ho misurato, risultava grande e l’ho rispedita. Si sono semplicemente tenuti i miei soldi oltre un mese, sbattendosene delle esigenze di un comune consumatore. Mi hanno addirittura mandato una mail dopo circa 15 giorni sostenendo che il rimborso era stato eseguito. Mi sono lasciato convincere ad acquistare al di fuori del circuito e bay e sono quasi arrivato alla denuncia tramite polizia postale. La prima volta in 15 anni di acquisti on line che mi capita una cosa del genere. Ciò che maggiormente ha infastidito sono stati i modi davvero davvero sgarbati e maleducati. Mai più acquisti tramite questi …
Unpleasant deal with this…. I placed an order on his site on December 17, and on the same day I paid, on December 24 I received the article. On 28 December I sent the goods back because it was not suitable for my needs. I received the refund on the exact 14th day. My money was kept for more than a month, (on holidays, Sundays, Saturdays) they talked to me about timing, about errors in their refund office, they raised their voices on the phone, ordering them not to call back and they don't answer emails. A month of bouncing day by day with rude tones. Let me be clear, the returned goods were perfectly intact, it was a jacket that I measured, it looked great and I sent it back. They simply kept my money over a month, banging on the needs of a common consumer. They even emailed me after about 15 days claiming that the refund had been made. I let myself be convinced to buy outside the circuit and bay and I almost got to the complaint via the postal police. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese fa ho acquistato da Top Motors un casci modulare Givi X.16 Voyager, ho avuto un problema sul sistema di apertura e chiusura della mentoniera, portato in negozio e problema risolto in due giorni. Questa è la differenza tra l'acquistare online ed acquistare direttamente in negozio, L'ASSISTENZA TECNICA e la professionalità! Non ha senso spendere qualcosa in meno per poi essere trattato a pesci in faccia dai grossi portali di e-commerce, per i quali siete solo dei numeri!

A few months ago I bought from Top Motors modular helmets Givi X.16 Voyager, I had a problem on the opening and closing chin guard, led into the store and problem solved in two days. This is the difference between buying online and buying directly in the store, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE and professionalism! It makes no sense to spend less to then be treated to fish in the face by large e-commerce portals, for which you are just numbers!
