Asciugamani sporchi, peli di cane nel letto (sono allergica e mi è venuto uno sfogo...), caldaia in blocco, e pure segnalando i disagi il propietario non ha fatto niente per risolvere! One star only for the location, but otherwise it does not deserve ... Dirty towels, dog hair in the bed (I'm allergic and I got a rash ...), boiler in block, and even reporting the inconveniences the owner does not did nothing to fix!

Dog hair scattered around the apartment, stained towels and mattresses, faulty boiler. The managers have been informed but have not cooperated.
A	AJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos. Apartamento amplio pero muy sucio y con moho. Olía mal, tiene terrazas pero inservibles por la suciedad que acumulan. Sin toallas, estuve reclamándolas cada día y no las trajeron. No teníamos agua caliente y no vinieron a solucionarlo. Me pedía. Que hiciera una foto a la caldera para mandárselo y que lo solucionara yo. No había ni papel para el baño de cortesía ni alfombrillas para la ducha. Las llaves no abren bien. Había pelos por el baño de los anteriores inquilinos. Los enchufes no funcionaban o estaban empalmados malamente. Lo único que se salva es la terraza de arriba y la localización. I put a star because I can't put less. Large apartment but very dirty and moldy. It smelled bad, it has terraces but unusable due to the dirt they accumulate. No towels, I was claiming them every day and they didn't bring them. We didn't have hot water and they didn't come to fix it. He asked me. Have him take a picture of the boiler to send it to him and have me solve it. There was neither toilet paper nor shower mats. The keys do not open properly. There were hairs all over the bathroom from the previous tenants. The plugs were not working or were badly plugged. The only thing that is saved is the terrace above and the location.

Ottima soluzione sia per le comitive/famiglie numerose (grandi appartamenti con diverse stanze da letto e aree comuni ampie ) o coppie (appartamenti standard). Ottima pulizia e i proprietari sono stati fantastici sia per disponibilità che simpatia. L'ho prenotato per un gruppo di amici che voleva visitare Palermo e si sono trovati benissimo: Stra consigliato! Delightful holiday home in the historic center of Palermo, near the famous Cathedral. Excellent solution both for groups / large families (large apartments with several bedrooms and large common areas) or couples (standard apartments). Excellent cleaning and the owners were fantastic both for availability and friendliness. I booked it for a group of friends who wanted to visit Palermo and they had a great time: Stra recommended!
R	Ronit Baram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at the property in July and discovered that despite the apperant picturesque photoes displayed in their web site, the air conditiner did not work, the apartment was hot, smelled bad and was not clean. It was crutial for us to have a working air conditioner but the owner said he has no technitian and we asked to leave. He agreed to announce to "Booking" that our order is cancelled. A month later we discovered that we were charged although we couldn't and didn't stay at the place. We tried to contact him via "Booking" but he refused to return our money. We tried to send him an email but he ignored it. I highly recommened to avoide this property at any cost what so everalso, located in a very sketchy area of town with no parking available!
