★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La piazzetta, un tempo chiamata Anita Garibaldi, recentemente è stata dedicata al beato Don Pino Puglisi probabilmente perché qui egli nacque, crebbe e venne brutalmente assassinato il 15 settembre del 1993. Nella piazza è presente la casa natale di don Puglisi, divenuta casa museo e visitabile su appuntamento. Sono presenti anche una piccola area verde con panchine e tre murales:
Il volto beato
Il fiammifero spento
Il fuoco che arde.
La piazzetta si trova nel quartiere di Settecannoli e vi si accede da viale dei Picciotti da dove sono già visibili i tre murales. Il lunedì mattina l'area è popolata da un mercatino rionale
The square, once called Anita Garibaldi, was recently dedicated to the blessed Don Pino Puglisi probably because he was born here, grew up and was brutally murdered on September 15, 1993. In the square there is the birthplace of Don Puglisi, which has become a house museum and can be visited by appointment. There is also a small green area with benches and three murals:

The square is located in the Settecannoli district and is accessed from Viale dei Picciotti from where the three murals are already visible. On Monday mornings the area is populated by a local market
