We did extensive research before selecting a hotel in Palermo. We selected this hotel because of the wonderful reviews and they couldn’t have been more right. Incredible pre trip communication by Davide and his team. We had lots of questions before coming to Palermo and Davide and his staff answered them all. The hotel is located on a quiet street in the center of Palermo. We will warmly greeted upon arrival and shown to our room. The room was very spacious, incredibly clean and the air-conditioning was the best ever in a hotel room! The best way to describe this hotel would be like you’re staying in somebody’s private home and being treated like you’re at the Ritz Carlton. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was amazing. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay, look no further than Palazzo Natoli. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Palazzo Natoli is absolutely great. There is nothing that could be better. The room was gorgeous, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. We'll definitely return.?

Excellent, friendly, beautifully finished, quaint B&B in Palermo centered well in old town only steps from the cathedrale. The rooms are very comfortable with new finishes and good air con so we felt right at home. The staff helped with dinner recommendations, airport transfers and any issues we had. The breakfast was wonderful too. The only issue we had was with wifi (it didn’t work very well in our room during our stay). The staff worked to fix it, but in the end I’m relatively certain the wifi service at the hotel is just poor. Regardless, I highly recommended a stay here while visiting Palermo.

We spent three days in Palermo at the Palazzo Natoli prior to Christmas week. It is a small boutique hotel, beautifully restored. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a sleek bathroom and very comfortable bed. The classic old world balcony was charming and provided street views up to the Cathedral and down to the Port. The location is perfect, a few steps from Piazza Quattro Canti, the heart of Palermo. The street, Via Vittorio Emmanuele is pedestrian only as is most of intersecting Via Maqueda. There are plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. Best though was the staff. Siriana, Matteo, Andrea and Greta all spoke beautiful English and patiently allowed us to try to speak the little Italian we can! They were indispensable by providing directions, lunch/dinner recommendations, reservations and things to do and not to be missed. They were local friends we counted on to get the most of Palermo during our short time there. oh... and don't miss their Breakfast!!

Five star everything! From arranging my reservation after multiple changes to arrival and departure. I am so impressed at how efficient, gracious and deluxe this intimate property is. When I arrived Andrea had prepared a map of the area with all the pertinent sites and routes circled, as well as sublime restaurant recommendations. I stayed three nights in the "apartment" and didn't want to leave. It's darling, faces a small side street off the Corso which are both closed to traffic. It's in the best location! Also commendations go to the breakfast and housekeeping associates, absolute perfection. I will be back next year. I can't thank you enough!

In all of my travels never have I met or dealt with such a caring and dedicated staff as those we met at Palazzo Natoli! Andrea, Samine and Greta treated us like royalty, landing us some of the best restaurants reservations in Palermo but they also saved my trip by being persistent and locating my lost passport. I am not sure any other hotel staffing would have continued to search over the Easter holidays, but they did! The Hotel location is prime, the rooms are chic with a touch of whimsy and the staff will make it worth the trip!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing! I cannot speak enough praise of how well we were treated. The breakfast was phenomenal and the room was very comfortable and clean. It was a beautiful place. The location was perfect. We could walk to everything as we were right in the city center with restaurants and tourist sites just steps away. would highly recommend this place to everyone and I would love to stay here again.
