The rooms have everything you need, clean and not to forget an amazing view over the city when you go for breakfast. The location is more then perfect to get around town as well. Definitely worth the visit!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern and comfortable rooms in a lovely old building. The breakfast is wonderful, served on the roof terrace with a great view of the Palermo roof tops. The location can't be beaten. Barbera and her husband are incredibly friendly and helpful. Wish I could stay longer!

Location couldn't be better--practically across the street from the Fountain of Shame, close to restaurants etc. and as an older single woman and I felt safe, even at night--wonderful hosts, great breakfast (only place I stayed in Sicily that served fresh squeezed orange juice!), well-appointed room. I had the annex room, which is on the first floor but inside the building--a big room with a comfortable bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property has an excellent location, walking distance from the city centre and everything you may need or want to see. The owners who run the place are great hosts, caring and humble people, always happy to help you. The view from the terrace is truly breath taking and it is also a great spot to enjoy some wine in the evening after a long day. We rented a standard room but were given a historical one which was really interesting as it has been well preserved and renewed. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a well located, friendly and comfortable accommodation.

The hotel management and receptionist team, were truly very friendly, and accommodating during my stay. My room was very clean, and the building facilities are well maintained! I will be staying here again.
