I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Palermo’s beautiful sites.
Definitely renting again from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't a good experience at all! We didn't feel respected as customers. 1) The owner had doubledbooked the rooms and he made us switch rooms. This was extremely inconvinient as we hadn't been notified in advance (only after we had payed) and he was adamant about making the transfer between 11-12 which really messed with our plans. 2) The rooms we booked online didn't match with either the 2 rooms we have been placed. 3) on the second room we didn't had anything of the things we asked like an Iron or a working kitchen (it was out of gas apparently and he didn't bother to check it before our arriving!) I would wouldn't recommend it during the busy tourist season.
