Incastonati tra i vicoli del mercato del Capo consentono di godere la piena tranquillità per riposare. Il modo maniacale di gestire la struttura da parte di Simona e Maurizio permettono di godere gli spazi all'insegna della massima pulizia. Non senza parlare della gentilezza e della simpatia con cui i padroni di casa accolgono gli Ospiti. Barocentrica poi, la collocazione rispetto alle più importanti attrazioni del grande centro storico di Palermo per le quali ci si può comodamente muovere a piedi. Assolutamente da consigliare. The maniacal way of managing the structure by Simona and Maurizio allow you to enjoy the spaces in the name of maximum cleanliness. Ottima posizione, a due passi a piedi da moltissimi monumenti e luoghi di interesse e di svago. Si trova nel centro storico di Palermo, e ci si sente nell’ombellico della città. Ma oltre a questi requisiti - non scontati - il vero punto di forza sono i gestori, Simona e Maurizio, che ci hanno accolti facendoci sentire in vacanza ma come se fossimo a casa. Appena entrati si respira un’aria di relax e di accoglienza non comune. Il piacere di svolgere il loro lavoro traspare dalle indicazioni, dai suggerimenti e dalla disponibilità che offrono nel far si che il “cliente” si trasformi in una “persona” soddisfatta, appagata e felice di aver goduto di una vera esperienza sensoriale ed emotiva. I monumenti più importanti sono a pochissimi passi da casa, specialmente lo street food, é stata una esperienza spettacolare che sicuramente ripeterò... Simona è una amore di persona un'ottima padrona di casa sempre disponibile e per qualsiasi bisogno è raggiungibile... Che dire, il mio voto è 10 e lode❤️❤️❤️ I stayed at Loft Mercede al Capo, the loft is beautiful, complete with everything you need, located in the heart of Palermo, near the Capo market, where you can find everything. The best location, loved the market downstairs as I could get fresh food and make some healthy meals for myself. You’ll find everything you need in the flat, well equipped with quality appliances. Hosts are caring and you can ask them anything. See you again!

Location is great with a view to the small square and it is close to the Capo market. Most of the interesting places are within walking distance. The flat is sizeable enough for two persons to chill during siesta, nicely decorated and with a good kitchen - though we haven't used it fully. The hosts are nice and are happily answering questions about Palermo and the area. All in all a very good place with excellent price-value ratio.

Simona and her husband will make you feel at home in an instant and their love for Palermo is contagious - plus it comes with a lot of stories and great recommendations. :) The loft itself was lovely, nicely decorated and well equipped, very comfortable for the siesta/riposo too; it's also right in the city centre, only a few minutes' walk from all the main attractions and with a (historical) market right below. Everything was perfect, loved it!
