★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un abito in saldo il 19 settembre. Oggi sono tornata per il cambio in quanto non sono riuscita ad indossarlo per una cerimonia. Mi è stato negato il cambio perchè deve essere fatto con un altro capo in saldo ed i saldi sono terminati e lunedì scorso hanno tolto tutte le cose in saldo.
Nessuno all'acquisto mi aveva avvisata di questo e nessun cartello scritto all'interno mi avvisava di questo. Non tornerò mai più in questo negozio. Avrebbero potuto propormi altro, invece hanno preferito mandarmi via scontenta senza aver effettuato il cambio.
Meglio gli acquisti on line, i cambi si possono effettuare in qualsiasi momento.
I bought a dress on sale on September 19th. Today I came back for the change as I was unable to wear it for a ceremony. I was denied the change because it must be done with another item on sale and the sales are over and last Monday they removed all the things on sale.
No one at the purchase had warned me of this and no sign written inside warned me of this. I will never go back to this shop. They could have offered me something else, instead they preferred to send me away unhappy without having made the change.
Online purchases are better, changes can be made at any time.
