Capisco che è domenica e tutti vorremmo non lavorare (parlo per esperienza personale, dato che anche io lavoro sabato/domenica e festivi da almeno 12 anni) ma il comportamento della commessa presente questa mattina (ore 10.30 circa) è stato davvero poco professionale e scortese.
Premetto che nel preciso istante in cui sono entrata nel negozio, oltre ad un signore che stava aspettando la compagna già presente nel punto vendita, di fuori non c'era nessuno.
Inizio a cercare quello che mi interessava e ad un certo punto la commessa presente che si trovava alla cassa, ha iniziato ad urlare davanti a tutti i clienti dicendo "Dovete uscire che c'è la fila. Ci sono persone prima di voi".
Io mi sono girata soltanto perché ho trovato davvero disdicevole che una commessa si mettesse ad urlare così alle persone presenti.
Vedendo che io non mi accingevo ad uscire, la commessa sempre dalla postazione cassa ha continuato ad urlare dicendo a me che anche io dovevo uscire.
Anche se non c'era bisogno ho detto alla commessa che io ero già presente nel punto vendita e che quando sono entrata non c'era nessuno a fare la fila davanti al negozio. Tant'è che una signora alla cassa ha detto alla commessa che io già ero nel negozio.
Ovviamente non ho continuato con i miei acquisti e me ne sono andata e ovviamente dopo essere stata trattata in questo modo non metterò più piede nel negozio. Idem hanno fatto altre persone che al sentire la commessa urlare se ne sono andate.
Ci sono modi e modi di dire le cose. Anche fosse stato vero quello di cui la commessa accusava me e le altre persone si sarebbe dovuta comportare diversamente.
Bad experience this morning after visiting your shop many more times.
I understand that it is Sunday and we all would like not to work (I speak from personal experience, since I have also worked Saturday / Sunday and holidays for at least 12 years) but the behavior of the saleswoman present this morning (about 10.30 am) was really unprofessional and rude .
I state that at the precise moment I entered the shop, in addition to a gentleman who was waiting for his partner already present in the store, there was no one outside.
I start looking for what I was interested in and at a certain point the saleswoman present who was at the cashier started yelling in front of all the customers saying "You have to get out there is a queue. There are people before you".
I only turned around because I found it really unfortunate that a saleswoman would start yelling like that at the people present.
Seeing that I was not going to go out, the saleswoman from the cash desk continued to scream, telling me that I too had to go out.
Even though there was no need, I told the saleswoman that I was already present in the store and that when I entered there was no one queuing in front of the store. So much so that a lady at the cashier told the saleswoman that I was already in the shop.
Obviously I didn't continue with my purchases and I left and obviously after being treated like this I will never set foot in the shop again. The same has been done by other people who have left when they hear the saleswoman scream.
There are ways and ways of saying things. Even if it had been true what the clerk accused me and the other people of, she would have had to behave differently.
