★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale super cordiale, negozio ben organizzato, prezzi accessibili. Allora perché una stella? Perché i prodotti rivenduti non rispettano minimamente l'ambiente, ci sono pochissimi marchi eco-friendly ed hanno tutti packaging in plastica. In pratica se entri in questo negozio (come la maggior parte dei negozi tra l'altro), comprerai al 99,9% qualcosa che inquina: il problema è che non ci sono scelte eco-friendly .
Super friendly staff, well organized shop, affordable prices. So why a star? Because the resold products do not respect the environment at all, there are very few eco-friendly brands and they all have plastic packaging. In practice, if you enter this store (like most stores, by the way), you will buy something that is 99.9% polluting: the problem is that there are no eco-friendly choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scelto un prodotto da uno scaffale in cui era indicato un prezzo. Arrivato alla cassa mi hanno chiesto un prezzo maggiore dicendo che il prezzo nello scaffale non era aggiornato. Ho allegato che il cliente si basa sul prezzo esposto
che non è compito dei clienti aggiornare i prezzi. Sia il responsabile del negozio che il responsabile di area si sono rifiutati di accordarmi il prezzo esposto. Me ne sono andato senza acquistare nulla e sentendomi leso nei diritti del cliente. Pessima esperienza.
Chosen a product from a shelf where a price was indicated. When I got to the cashier they asked me for a higher price saying that the price on the shelf was not up to date. I have attached that the customer is based on the displayed price
that it is not the customer's responsibility to update prices. Both the store manager and the area manager refused to agree on the price displayed. I left without buying anything and feeling violated in the rights of the customer. Bad experience.
