★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Causa lockdawn non ho potuto prenotare i premi della raccolta regeneration all'ipercoop centro d'Abruzzo. Ho saputo da una amica che ieri ha ritirato un prodotto e che ieri scadeva la possibilità di farlo. Volevo andare oggi a mio rischio a prenotare i premi e speravo in una certa elasticità.. Visto il periodo e la mancata possibilità di spostarsi... Ma la ipercoop per telefono mi ha detto che non è più possibile ritirare i premi perchè voi Guzzini non accettare più richieste! Avevo 5 prodotti da prenotare e adesso sono molto delusa! Per un giorno in più si poteva avere un pó di tolleranza VISTO CHE IN ABRUZZO SIAMO STATI ZONA ROSSA!!!! Grazie lo stesso
Because of lockdawn, I was unable to book the rewards of the regeneration collection at the hypercoop center of Abruzzo. For one more day you could have a little tolerance SEEN IN ABRUZZO WE HAVE BEEN RED ZONE !!!! Thanks anyway

Very tidy shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of products they produce. The orders are cordial, available and very fast. I recommend a visit, for sure you will find something for the house that you are missing.

A filter to keep out remnants of calc from the poured water, was needed.
They couldn't provide it.
This is bad after sales.
And bad for climate/environment. It should be obligatory to have spare parts in order to keep the appliance running, instead of throwing it away!
