★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per sapere la disponibilità di un'asciugatrice in offerta da volantino e mi è stata data conferma. L'amara sorpresa è che dopo aver fatto 25+25 km di strada ho scoperto che l'asciugatrice da me indicata era terminata il giorno stesso del volantino quindi circa 5/7 giorni prima. Mi sono detto visto che ho perso 1/2 giornata e fatto km a vuoto, voglio comunicare questa al direttore giusto perché almeno un minimo di scuse mi sembravano doverose.
Purtroppo mi sono sentito confermare l'accaduto e con la risposta " non possiamo farci nulla ".
Secondo me in commercio ed in certe sedi o filiali dovrebbero stare Direttori più competenti e far sì che certe cose non accadino o quantomeno chiedere scusa dell'accaduto.
 I called to find out the availability of a dryer on offer from the flyer and was given confirmation. The bitter surprise is that after traveling 25 + 25 km of road I discovered that the dryer I indicated was finished on the same day as the flyer, therefore about 5/7 days before. I said to myself since I lost 1/2 day and ran empty miles, I want to communicate this to the right manager because at least a minimum of apologies seemed right to me.
Unfortunately, I heard what happened and with the answer "we can't do anything about it".
In my opinion on the market and in certain offices or branches there should be more competent Directors and ensure that certain things do not happen or at least apologize for what happened.

Ho comprato tante cose, dallo stendino per asciugare a mensola da balcone 1.00 x 0,50, tantissimi prodotti per la pulizia del casa .. come detto largamente soddisfatto del varietà della scelta e per gli ottimi prezzi, tanti in sconto. Very ipernegozio home, find everything at excellent prices, great selection of all the products for the home.
