Non simpatici i proprietari quasi sulla maleducazione.Avendo sbagliato loro sul cambio di una prenotazione sono stata trattata malissimo anche se mi sono arrabbiata essendo già la seconda volta.Certamente non andrò più .Mi dispiace per le ragazze simpaticissime e preparate.
Qualified personnel. The owners are not nice about rudeness. Having wronged them on changing a reservation, I was treated badly even though I got angry being the second time. I certainly won't go anymore. I'm sorry for the very nice and prepared girls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sono andata a fare mani e piedi con rimozione ed riapplicazione smalto semipermanente.l'applicazione dello smalto ad oggi è pieno di bolle e imperfetto. Senza parlare del costo.... Euro 85,ii che vengo da Milano ne spendo 70 con più precisione nell'applicazione e nell'esecuzione dei servizi! Avete perso una cliente, e sicuramente l'anno prossimo quando torneró qui in vacanza e avró bisogno di un estetista ne cercherò molto volentieri un'altra
Yesterday I went to do hands and feet with semi-permanent nail polish remover and reapplication. The nail polish application to date is bubbly and imperfect. Not to mention the cost .... Euro 85, ii that I come from Milan I spend 70 with more precision in the application and execution of the services! You have lost a client, and for sure next year when I come back here on vacation and I need a beautician I will very gladly look for another one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per prenotare lampada ma mi hanno detto che dopo le 14 pagavamo 10 euro per promozione, invece abbiamo pagato in due 25 euro, inoltre ho acquistato due smalti piccolini a 24 euro, cari, ma non è tutto, ho fatto fatica a metterlo una volta, sembrava già che non c'è ne fosse più, inoltre è grumoso, uno schifo da stendere. Il personale sembra che neanche ti vede.
Sono venuta a fare la lampada il giorno stesso della telefononata(giovedì)e non ho riportato gli smalti perché ero in partenza.
I phoned to book the lamp but they told me that after 2pm we paid 10 euros for promotion, instead we paid 25 euros in two, plus I bought two small nail polishes for 24 euros, dear, but that's not all, I struggled to put one time, it already seemed that there was no more, besides it is lumpy, disgusting to spread. The staff don't seem to even see you.
I came to make the lamp the same day as the phone call (Thursday) and I didn't bring back the enamels because I was leaving.
