★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non credevo, insieme a mio marito, di essere trattati così tanto male dal signor Silvano titolare del negozio davanti a tutti i clienti ed il personale. Abbiamo acquistato un condizionatore di 349,00 euro scontato per il black Friday ma era l'ultimo rimasto e quindi quello che è stato sempre in esposizione ed usato dal personale a scopo dimostrativo per i diversi clienti. E così abbiamo chiesto se era possibile avere un po' di sconto, anche perché era pure rigato ed anche perché noi siamo clienti da tanto tempo avendo fatto acquisti importanti e di un certo valore commerciale quali una lavatrice Asko, 2 aspirapolveri, 3 ferri da stiro Rowenta, 1 stendino Foppa Pedretti, ecc. Ma la risposta è stata quella che il condizionatore era già scontato, che impiegare una persona a spiegare per mezz'ora il funzionamento del condizionatore è già un costo alto e una perdita di tempo e perché lui non ci doveva guadagnare niente? E ha aggiunto che eravamo noi a sbagliare e potevamo acquistarlo su internet. Tutto ciò a voce alta, modo aggressivo, fare maleducato, tanto da concludere che se non ci stava bene potevamo andare anche da un'altra parte. E se n'è andato.
Ci mancherebbe, faremo proprio così.

Rowenta, 1 Foppa Pedretti drying rack, etc. But the answer was that the air conditioner was already taken for granted, that employing a person to explain the operation of the air conditioner for half an hour is already a high cost and a waste of time and why he didn't have to earn anything? And he added that we were the ones who were wrong and we could buy it on the internet. All this in a loud, aggressive way, being rude, so much so that if we didn't like it we could also go somewhere else. And he's gone.
God forbid, we'll do just that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlo solo del personale in quanto Media word non ha certamente bisogno della mia recensione...Ho comprato un telefono rigenerato e devo dire che il personale che ho trovato è stato molto disponibile e cortese nel consigliarmi e indirizzarmi sul prodotto veramente buone di cui sono molto soddisfatto.
I'm only talking about the staff as Media word certainly doesn't need my review ... I bought a refurbished phone and I must say that the staff I found were very helpful and courteous in advising me and directing me on the really good product they are very much about fulfilled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ragazzi sono molto bravi a vendere anche gli acari della polvere, se ti serve assistenza puoi buttare ciò che hai comprato perché nel frattempo escono 3 modelli! Per un televisione ho chiamato 10 volte e non si è ancora risolto il problema, anni fa per un forno in garanzia il tecnico è attivato dopo 2 settimane. Finite le change da voi si cambia negozio, arrivederci!
