This review is about Epiphone, and their official outlets, this store is one of them. This store has good quality goods and at great prices, and i must say apart from the couple mishaps, im quite pleased with my purchase.. but when it comes to warranty on the purchase, its service rates somewhere between average to below average. I bought an Epiphone acoustic guitar here, and needed action readjustment on truss rod, which they made without a problem. After i completed payment of guitar, case and strings and i was less of a sales target then things started to take a pretty quick turn. I requested a second adjustment as the action was now a bit too low.. apart from feeling a bit like i had to beg for the favour, they implied, i cant remember exactly, but bottom lined that that would be the last of their warranty services. Now, about 8 months later, pick-up not working and a buzz on first string, i find myself in a different, neighboring european country, and turns out Epiphone only delivers warranty service through the outlet where the item was purchased, the one where, apart from being quite friendly.. only until you are no longer a source of income, had already turned down any further assistance, warranty covered or not. So on the 1 hand, Epiphone operates as a unified international brand only when it comes to sales (taking on the market MO that sadly prevails these days) and lying about the 2 or 3 yr warranty it promises, again, for the sake of sales, on the other hand its outlets such as this shop, operating as an extension of the same crude behavior. In the long run i basically felt a corporate greedy vibe which i dont find too appealing. Next time i'll get a hand made instrument from a freelance craftsman.. maybe spend less in the long run and my money time and energy will be better invested. I will let you know how it goes!! (Ps i wanted to give 2 and a half but option unavailable)

I needed to pick up a guitar while travelling with my family, and this place was great. It's a smaller store than I'm used to seeing the U.S., but they have a fantastic selection, great staff, and excellent prices. I couldn't have been happier.

I can only say that I am absolutly happy with this Store. I ordered my guitar last week and I have received at SPAIN in extremely good conditions. I recomend 100% the shop. Very very happy with the attention and care. Thanks Davide, thanks Glauco. Grazie Mile. Gracias!

The people in store were nice and happy to help with my questions, the store looks tidy and there is a fair selection of guitar and a smaller one of bass guitar, even though I haven't bought anything I'll definetlly come back to buy a new amp for my bass

For musicians who dread music stores, this is the place to avoid. 1. Walking in and saying "Buongiorno" to 2 different employees, I got a grunt, a glare, a sniff. 2. I'm interested in buying a guitar, not a Feltrinelli beginners kit. Didn't matter. I was ignored for 10 minutes while touring the aisles until it became a square dance. 3. I go to the counter and ask about a cord since obviously guitar sales aren't happening this day, the counter guy decides no eye contact and I get a 3rd ignored "buongiorno" Where am I, the Milano airport? Che maleducato. I don't expect a guitar shop to be a dating service but what the F? He dismisses my request, telling me to go downstairs where I encounter the first genuine employee who tells me they don't carry the cord. Va bene. At least he was helpful and not timid-natured. He actually made eye contact and helped. Grazie amico. Shopping for guitars should be fun and welcoming, not a trip to the Poste.

I cannot recommend this shop. My experience: contacted them to buy an effects pedal that they had announced in "Mercatino Musicale". I live in Spain, but have a friend living in Italy who could bring me the pedal to Spain in one of his travels... So I told them that, even though I was not from Italy, the shipping could be made to Calolziocorte, in Italy. They took their time to answer, asking if my friend could go to the store (9 hours of road trip, since my mate lives in Calolziocorte and the store is in Rome, and they knew because I told them). When I said it was not possible (being very diplomatic and avoiding to mention this 9 hours driving distance), then they took again their time to ask for my friend to contact them directly through email. I told them that he is just making me a favour and that I don't want him to bother with anything, just to receive a packet for me. Another long wait for a reply... And then they said that the shipping address had to be PayPal's one, giving the option of a bank transfer instead... Well, I agreed totally to the bank transfer and they didn't reply until the next day, saying that the pedal had been sold in the store. Some days after that, the ad was still active with the "Immediate shipping" tag on it. Absolute lack of respect from them. I still can't understand why are they advertising anything if they don't want to sell it. Bad experience, if they don't respect someone who wants to pay for a product, who are they going to respect then?
