The shop is beautiful and has loads of stock, I bought my first bass guitar here as a teenager it was a cheap bass to learn. After sometime I sent it back to have a set-up and I've been told that the neck wasn't straight and needed to replace but it wasn't worth it to carry on with repair. Few days ago I found it In my storage and decided to give a set-up myself as I know how to do it now, to find out that the neck is perfect and needed just some adjustment on the truss rod. You can't imagine my disappointment.

Last night I went there to buy a beginner guitar. Their behavior was not professional at all. at the end they gave me the guitar with out a case or even a cardboard box and they said it was sent to them like that (for me it is unbelievable that the company sent a naked guitar to a shop). also they said if I should but a 30 euro simple bag from them if I want the physical damage guarantee even for 24 hours. I don't know why I bought the guitar from them. maybe because it was late and I was tired but I suggest you to check places with better customer relations.

I was visiting Rome in February during my annual birthday trip and I went to Your Music to check out some guitars. Last time I was here was 2015 and the shop really impressed me with a wide variety of acoustic guitars and a very friendly staff. So, I played a couple of Martins they had on display and then I moved to the Gibson room, where I found this beautiful J-45 from 2004. I played it and I instantly liked it. I already had a Gibson J-45 Custom at home, but this one spoke to me in a different way. A few days later I went home to Dublin, but I couldn't get the guitar out of my head, so I decided to email the guys and ask them a few details about it. They sent me some videos and photos (thanks, Damir!) and I made the decision of buying it. I ordered it and it arrived 4 days later by courier. Your Music is great, I highly recommend them!

Waited over a month and a half for an amp they said would arrive in 2-3 days. They blamed it on the distributer but weren't very apologetic or helpful when I called to ask about it. 2 times they gave me the false alarm that the amp had been shipped by the distributer when actually had not. Finally they gave me an amp to borrow after I angrily suggested it. A few days later my amp magically appeared. They still weren't apologetic when I picked it up, and they didn't believe I had already paid for it even though I showed them the receipt! I made so many trips to this store for 1 item. I really hope I don't have to go back any time soon.

The price was good and the service at first was alright. After I bought I notice that there is a little damage in my guitar and went back to the store after less then one day. They didn't talk with me (I'm tourist) and started to speak Italian and to fix things in my guitar without listen to me and identify the real problem(When I went into the store with smile and relaxed, they welcome me with cold attitude and like I came to do problems, when I just want to get proper product). They started to fix my guitar like I dont know anything and to let me leave with damaged guitar. After they started to listen to me and saw the problem I asked to replace the guitar because it was damaged, The crew started to argue with me and claim that the factory wont get the guitar(So Because I notice the damage after few hours They found the person that will suffer because of it, Cynical exploitation of the situation). After few minutes of arguing they replace me the guitar to other model and told me that they will register the new guitar to the factory guaranteed, after almost a week and bunch of mails they didn't to it I had to do it myself. I left the store so nervous and felt like they just want my money, and when I needed help they gave me cold and insulting service and help.

I recently visited the store after years. I knew that for musicians Your music is def the place to go when in Rome. Amazing store, I bought an excellent microphone as advised by the Staff guy who understood quickly what I needed. The store has never disappointed me. Soo recommended! ??

The place is amazingly stocked. We came to get a guitar but it was already sold. The employee Fabiola helped us out and let us try different guitars. She blew us away with her vast knowledge of every instrument we used and asked about. There was not a single question she could not answer. She had an outstanding performance.
