★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk gentleman at our hotel suggested this restaurant to us, which was a short walk down the street. We're so glad that we went. It was the best pizza I've eaten in Rome. We shared a liter of wine, a mixed salad, and each had a pizza for 35€. Very clean, and inviting. Next time I am in Rome I'll bring friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza is incredible!! My friend and I shared the Bruno special and the white bufula, pesto, prosciutto pizzas. They are platter size and we couldn't finish them entirely. Along with a fennel, olive, rocket starter and cold draft beer, this was a very memorable and delicious dinner. Our Italian waiter spoke English to us alla London, very charming. This place was actually recommended to me for its outstanding pasta, so I must return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate here on all 3 nights I was in Rome as the food was so good, and I'm very fussy about the quality of my food.
Fantastic pasta and salads and the pizza is freshly made on the spot in their wood oven. The staff were also so friendly and courteous and always made an extra effort to ensure your meal was perfect.
Try the carbonara.

This has been the best restaurant we have been to in Rome. The food quality was amazing and the variety that you can choose from is unbelievable.
Additionally, their service is AMAZING! The waiter we talked to was super professional and he translated every single dish on the menu for us. This places is probably more known by the locals than by tourists but I tell you it is first class service and everyone is welcome there!
!!!You need to try the fried artichokes and the supplì!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for something authentic yet fresh, and are willing to venture off the tourist centre, go to this place next to Quattro Venti train station in Monteverde. Family run - third generation now - and the people and place are lovely. Check their website or instagram for current menu and vibe - for example they don't serve pizza these days!
