★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione ho chiamato alle 19:20 per ordinare 3 pizze alle 21:30 ancora mi dicevano di attendere altri minuti alle 22:00 ho chiamato per dire che la pizza se la possono anche tenere ...ci tengo a precisare che ho chiamato almeno 5 volte per dire che vi erano dei bambini ...pessimo oggi hanno perso un cliente
Bad organization I called at 7:20 pm to order 3 pizzas at 9:30 pm again they told me to wait for other minutes at 10:00 pm I called to say that the pizza can also keep it ... I want to clarify that I called at least 5 times to say that there were children ... bad today they have lost a customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo clienti di questa pizzeria da anni, dalla prima gestione ed abbiamo avuto modo di constatare come, nel tempo , abbia avuto esiti altalenanti. Ultimamente, dopo l’ennesimo cambio di gestione (il 3º, mi pare), si è passati da una qualità, oserei dire eccelsa (la trovavamo la miglior pizza in assoluto di Monteverde), ad un prodotto non di nostro gradimento: impasto “gommoso” e difficile da digerire; condimenti di scarsa qualità, insomma un disastro.
L’unico aspetto positivo mantenuto: la precisione nelle consegne e la rapidità nel servizio.
Spiace vedere che un’impresa declini in questo modo.
Stanti così le cose, ci rivolgeremo sicuramente altrove.
We have been customers of this pizzeria for years, from the first management and we have been able to see how, over time, it has had fluctuating results. Lately, after yet another change of management (the 3rd, I think), we have gone from a quality, I would dare to say excellent (we found it the best pizza ever in Monteverde), to a product not to our liking: "chewy" dough "And difficult to digest; poor quality toppings, in short, a disaster.
The only positive aspect retained: precision in deliveries and speed in service.
Sorry to see that a company declines in this way.
That being the case, we will certainly look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo mio malgrado constatare che c'è evidentemente stato un cambio di gestione. Ordino da questa pizzeria da ben più di 3 anni e si distinguevano per rapidità, gentilezza e qualità del cibo abbastanza soddisfacente.
Un paio di settimane fa ho ordinato il solito menù kebab da € 8 (kebab panino o piadina + patatine fritte + lattina) e mi hanno fatto pagare i singoli elementi (ovviamente più di 8 €) come se non esistesse il menù. Sta sera ci ho riprovato, il conto era € 9,50 e la motivazione della persona al telefono con tono decisamente sgarbato è stata che ho chiesto le patatine all'interno del kebab (cosa che ovviamente faccio con cadenza quasi settimanale da più di 3 anni a questa parte).
Insomma, consiglio di accertarvi prima quale sarà la spesa e nel mio caso non darò più alcuna possibilità di farmi fregare.
In spite of myself, I must note that there has obviously been a change in management. I have been ordering from this pizzeria for well over 3 years and they stood out for their speed, kindness and quite satisfactory quality of food.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered the usual € 8 kebab menu (kebab sandwich or flatbread + fries + can) and they charged me for the individual items (obviously more than € 8) as if there was no menu. Tonight I tried again, the bill was € 9.50 and the motivation of the person on the phone with a decidedly rude tone was that I asked for the chips inside the kebab (which obviously I have been doing almost weekly for more than 3 years to this part).
In short, I recommend that you first ascertain what the expense will be and in my case I will no longer give any chance to get cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un tempo le pizze erano ottime e il servizio puntuale. Da qualche mese a questa parte le pizze sono scadenti, oggi addirittura con la mozzarella acida e il servizio sempre meno puntuale (20 minuti e anche più di ritardo sull'orario previsto). Peccato dovremo trovare un altra pizzeria !
Once upon a time the pizzas were excellent and the service on time. For some months now the pizzas have been poor, today even with sour mozzarella and the service less and less punctual (20 minutes and even more than the scheduled time). Too bad we will have to find another pizzeria!
