★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un paio di scarpe da ben 180 euro, fiducioso nella qualità che ha sempre contraddistinto questo negozio, ma con forte rammarico, dopo averle indossate una sola volta, il tacco si è scollato. Con la medesima fiducia mi sono recato pochi giorni dopo dal rivenditore per la sostituzione sul momento, ma con altrettanto rammarico, questo mi è stato negato. Avrei dovuto lasciarle ed aspettare che la casa madre si occupassase di revisionarle, accordare la riparazione, ripararle (ovviamente non prima del periodo natalizio) ed aspettare la consegna per poi ritirare le stesse chissà dopo quanto tempo. La qualità dei prodotti e la serietà di questa catena di negozi sono solo un vago ricordo, solo i prezzi sono rimasti ben al di sopra della media. In una parola: deluso!
I bought a pair of 180-euro shoes, confident in the quality that has always distinguished this shop, but with great regret, after wearing them only once, the heel came off. With the same confidence I went to the dealer a few days later for the replacement on the spot, but with equally regret, this was denied me. I should have left them and waited for the parent company to take care of overhauling them, granting the repair, repairing them (obviously not before the Christmas period) and waiting for the delivery and then picking up the same who knows after how long. The quality of the products and the seriousness of this chain of stores are only a vague memory, only the prices have remained well above the average. In a word: disappointed!
