Commesse scostumate al primo incontro e al secondo, per ritiro scarpe prenotate, mi volevano consegnare un altro modello, insistendo che fosse quello e che mi stavo sbagliando. Messe di fronte al modello da me scelto, mi rispondono "si tranquilla, i soldi te li restituiamo!". Che grezze! Fosse stato un problema di soldi, non ti avrei pagato in anticipo.. Il problema è che mi stai truffando!
Absolutely bad experience. The clumsy shop assistants at the first meeting and at the second meeting, for the collection of booked shoes, wanted to give me another model, insisting that it was the one and that I was wrong. When placed in front of the model I have chosen, they answer me "don't worry, we'll give you back the money!". What rough! If it was a money problem, I would not have paid you in advance .. Yesterday i visited one of your store in Vomero. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes. The sales advisor was very rude and very unpolite. I was trying a pair of shoes and one of the adviser took the boots and start shouting at me that this boots already is for an other customer. I told her to be more polite and speak more with calm, cause i'm the customer, but she was really nervous and told me to leave the store. I took my phone to take make a video on the way she was shouting at me. After she closed the store and she told me that she will call police because i'm trying to take a picture of her when she was acting in very rude way.
