I purchased a pair of defective Nero Giardini shoes returned immediately to the Vitulli shop which promised to remedy the inconvenience but this did not happen ..... when I returned to the shop I was told that the shoes had been lost or I was offered no compensation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli metterei zero. Entrati nel negozio sabato 18 gennaio 2020 a mezzogiorno ( orario di punta per un esercizio commerciale ). Due commessi, uno fuori a fumare una sigaretta, l'altro a telefono col suo dentista. Siamo stati io e mia moglie dentro sottolineo dentro al negozio cinque minuti fermi ad aspettare. Come se non esistessimo. Mi dispiace dirlo, poi si lamentano se le aziende li mandano a casa. Non c'entreremo mai più. Sconsigliato al 200 %.
I'd put it zero. Entered the shop on Saturday 18 January 2020 at noon (peak time for a business). Two shop assistants, one outside smoking a cigarette, the other on the phone with his dentist. It was me and my wife inside. I stress inside the shop five minutes waiting. As if we didn't exist. I'm sorry to say that, then they complain if companies send them home. We will never enter it again. Not recommended at 200%.
