★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 1h for the pizza to arrive so we decided to cancel. The moody waiter denied the cancellation and throw the pizza in a take away box on our table. He insisted that we had to pay and shouted at us. They should hire more staff because this guy seemed he was going to burn out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful setting but so disappointed with service and rudeness of staff. Beware of the cover charge even for Non-eating sleeping babies! Outrageous when we tried to speak to manager and staff that were so rude and really unaccomodating. Don't go there would be our advice. We waited an hour for food with no apology. When we spoke to the manager he was arrogant and did not care that we were unhappy customers. Bearing in mind we were a party of 9 with 5 children who were being well-behaved considering we had to wait so long for food to arrive it was so awful.They also added an extra dish to our bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here for the amazing location, right on the main Piazza in Arezzo. Great views over the square, you can look at the architecture and people watch. The pizzas are perfectly good and reasonably priced given the location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The anti-pasti plate was of a low average quality. The staff was not very friendly either. We decided to eat the rest of our planned dinner somewhere else. The cover charge of 2 euro each person is to high for the service. The street behind the church hosts lots of better looking places.
