a	andrea tognoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prese 5 pizze: 4 margherite ed una al salamino piccante. Tutte le pizze sono risultate insipide tanto da fare pensare all'assenza totale di sale. Al momento che ho chiamato per fare presente la cosa mi è stato risposto che non era un errore ma una scelta voluta...beh che dire....sarebbe quanto meno corretto pubblicizzare questa scelta salutista in modo che ci compra scelta cosa acquista liberamente. Taken 5 pizzas: 4 daisies and one with spicy salami. All the pizzas were insipid enough to make one think of the total absence of salt. At the time I called to make this clear, I was told that it was not a mistake but a deliberate choice ... well what about .... it would be at least correct to publicize this healthy choice so that we can buy what we buy freely .

Ieri pretendevano attraversassi la Tosco-Romagnola in pigiama per ritirare la pizza (non aveva voglia di svoltare e venire dal mio lato). Quando gli ho detto di no, si è arrabbiata e ha iniziato ad alzare la voce. Siamo finiti a urlare in mezzo alla strada. Oltretutto volevo comunque pagare e ritirare la pizza e lei per ripicca voleva riportarla indietro. Peccato perchè la figlia è brava, ma la madre è una persona irascibile che pretende di aver ragione e non deve assolutamente stare al pubblico. Che dire? Ci sono tante pizzerie che hanno bisogno di clienti in questi tempi difficili. Ordineremo da un'altra parte. The pizzas would also be good, but they view home delivery as a 'favor' they do you. Abbiamo scambiato 2 parole su modalità di preparazione, idratazione, tipi di farine. Una pizza che è il risultato di anni di affinamenti. Ho apprezzato anche la mozz. di bufala messa a crudo, cosa che i più non sanno. Ci ha servito al tavolo una ragazza gentilissima, tempi di attesa al minimo pur non avendo prenotato. Credo che diverrà tappa fissa di quando ci troveremo in zona con la famiglia. As a former pizza maker I simply say that it is the best pizza I have eaten in the last 10 years. We exchanged 2 words about preparation methods, hydration, types of flours. A pizza that is the result of years of refinement. I also enjoyed the mozz. of raw buffalo, which most people don't know. A very kind girl served us at the table, waiting times to a minimum despite not having booked. I think it will become a fixed stop when we are in the area with the family.

Il locale è un pò penalizzato dalla location, proprio sulla Toscoromagnola. Traffico e rumore sconsigliano di cenare all'aperto. Tuttavia il locale ha anche posti all'interno e lavora per asporto. Nota positiva: la cortesia e la gentilezza delle titolari che, per ciò che attiene alla mia esperienza, si sono spese in piccole attenzioni molto gradite come fornire una sedia supplettiva per appoggiare le borse. Grazie! A good pizzeria: light dough, abundant and quality ingredients, good variety of proposals. The restaurant is a bit penalized by the location, right on the Toscoromagnola. Traffic and noise advise against dining outdoors. However the place also has seats inside and works for take-out. Positive note: the courtesy and kindness of the owners who, as far as my experience is concerned, have spent themselves in very welcome small attentions such as providing an additional chair to support the bags. Menù per tutti i gusti dalle classiche alle gurmet prezzi imbattibili considerata l'alta qualità delle materie prime! Consigliatissimo! Friendly and clean local staff very kind pizza really delicious excellent ingredients and abundant was a pleasant discovery and then just a stone's throw from home! Menus for all tastes from the classic to the gurmet unbeatable prices considering the high quality of the raw materials! Highly recommended!
