Questa sera ho ordinato e ritirato tre pizze : quella ai funghi e quella rossa erano inguardabili e quasi non mangiabili. Le pizze erano bassissime , crude e poco lievitate e il pomodoro crudo quindi pesanti come mattoni, tipo pizzaiolo fai da te. Si salvava la pizza Margherita per poco. La cecina sempre squisita ma più alta della volta passata e meno croccante. Mia moglie ha subito telefonato e le scuse sono state vaghe, imprecise e non pertinenti. Tutto pagato per buono. Metto due stelle perché vorrei poter fare una rivalutazione nel futuro prossimo. A few days ago I had a pizza with mushrooms and cecina: good pizza and very good cecina. Tonight I ordered and picked up three pizzas: the one with mushrooms and the red one were unwatchable and almost not edible. The pizzas were very low, raw and slightly leavened and the raw tomatoes were therefore heavy as bricks, like a do-it-yourself pizza maker. The pizza Margherita was saved for a while. The cecina always delicious but higher than the past and less crunchy. My wife called right away and the apology was vague, inaccurate and irrelevant. All paid for good. I put two stars because I wish I could make a reassessment in the near future.

Dopo questa lunga attesa e tanta fame speravo in una buona pizza ma si è rivelato una delusione. Sembrava di mangiare cartone, troppo dura, e condimento scadente. Inoltre avevano sbagliato gli ingredienti di una pizza. I ordered the pizza for 8 to take away, they told me there was a wait of about 20 minutes but after an hour they still hadn't made the pizzas. After this long wait and so much hunger I was hoping for a good pizza but it turned out to be a disappointment. Felt like eating cardboard, too tough, and poor seasoning. They also had the wrong ingredients for a pizza.

La cecina non era male. Tra qualche mese, fuori periodo covid (...), tornerò per riprovare. He took a Margherita and a few pieces of cecina to take away. G	Graham_89 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La maggior parte delle volte che mi sono servito presso questa pizzeria ho ordinato da asporto andando a prenderla di persona, e sempre durante la settimana (mai nel weekend).. solo una volta ci siamo fermati a mangiare velocemente fuori. Generalmente ho sempre trovato l'ordine pronto o con qualche minuto di attesa: niente di così problematico. Il locale offre non solo servizio da asporto ma ha anche una saletta interna, non molto grande, in aggiunta a qualche tavolo all'aperto (sul marciapiede, non una bella scelta purtroppo, a meno che non si abbia bisogno di fare un pasto veloce). Sono sempre rimasto abbastanza soddisfatto di quanto ordinato: la Torta di Ceci è buona ed anche le pizze non sono male (non sono mai incappato in pizze poco lievitate come leggo in altri commenti). La varietà di pizze proposte (cotte in forno a legna) è molto ampia e il prezzo lo ritengo in linea con altri locali dello stesso tipo. Per ultimo, ma non per importanza, sottolineo che il personale è veramente forte: molto alla mano, ti accolgono molto bene e ogni volta sono sempre uscito con il sorriso.
S	Stefan Marquardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza auf den Punkt. Unscheinbare Pizzeria von außen. Innen gemütliche Einrichtung, sehr unüblich für Pizzerien in der Gegend. Pizza perfekt zubereitet. Rand etwas kross, knusprig aber nicht trocken oder verbrannt. Viele spezielle Auflagen auf großer Tafel. Als Snack gab es leckere 'Cecina', vielleicht ein Tick zu viel Pfeffer. Wer in der Gegend ist sollte wirklich mal hinfahren. Habe nun viele Pizzas in der Toskana probiert, diese hier gehört zu den Highlights. Pizza to the point. Unassuming pizzeria from the outside. Cozy interior, very unusual for pizzerias in the area. Pizza cooked to perfection. Edges are slightly crispy, but not dry or burnt. Many special editions on a large board. As a snack there was delicious 'Cecina', maybe a bit too much pepper. If you are in the area you should really go there. Have now tried many pizzas in Tuscany, this one is one of the highlights.
