Andrò nuovamente per capire meglio quello che ha in meno ho in più rispetto alle altre pizze alla Pisana che ho mangiato, nel caso rivedrò la mia valutazione, che come sempre è soggettiva. La base della pizza è "alla rovescia", ovvero cotta anche sopra con impasto spesso e non tanto largo, è particolare, potrebbe non incontrare il proprio gusto. A me è piaciuta, ben cotta e digeribile. È disponibile la pizza piccola. Dopo aver provato la cecina non posso che portare la valutazione da 4 a 5! The place is cheap and has good service. The staff is courteous and helpful. The choice of beers is good. The base of the pizza is "upside down", that is also cooked on top with thick dough and not so wide, it is particular, it may not meet your taste. I liked it, well cooked and digestible. Small pizza is available. After trying the cecina I can only bring the rating from 4 to 5!

Dolci fatti in casa molto buoni. Io consiglio la cheesecake cotta. Il locale è pulito e ben tenuto. Se capitate nelle zone provatelo! Very nice and helpful staff, we needed a late evening pizza and they served us. Good pizza, "upside down" will explain to them what it means! Very good homemade desserts. I recommend the cooked cheesecake. The restaurant is clean and well-kept. If you happen to be in the areas, try it!

Qualità più che soddisfacente, impasto gradevole, leggero, non provoca quella sete notturna molto tipica dopo una cena a pizza. Talvolta qualche pecca di cottura, talvolta forse un po' sciocco l'impasto, ma pizza nel complesso sempre più che sufficiente. Cecina (o torta) ottima! Focacce più che accettabili. Dopo avere mangiato la pizza prosciutto e porcini.. beh devo portare a 5 stelle. Pan pizza, now a rarity, unfortunately. Ampia scelta di schiacciatine farcite, cecina e dolci fatti in casa. Locale piccolo ma accogliente, pulito e ordinato, personale sempre cortese, disponibile e preparato. Consiglio vivamente! With its typical "upside down" cooking (in a pan above and below) and the excellent quality of the raw materials it is undoubtedly the best pizza of the Pisan tradition. Wide choice of stuffed flatbreads, cecina and homemade sweets. Small but cozy, clean and tidy, staff always courteous, helpful and prepared. I highly recommend!
