Impasti leggeri come nuvole, totalmente digeribili, che non lasciano quello spiacevole senso di pesantezza in fase digestiva. Notevoli anche gli ingredienti, di ottima qualità. Buono il servizio e l'attenzione per la soddisfazione del cliente. Una quantità e qualita altissima con prodotti di eccellenza. Francesco è una persona gentilissima e di cuore. Cerca di trattare il prodotto come un figlio e cerca di far arrivare la sua passione nel prodotto che mostra. Io ho provato la pizza a chiusura del locale e ho trovato una qualità immane. La marinara gialla è una pizza che va provata per gustare una pizza diversa dalla normali. La scostumata è un viaggio verso il foodporn vero e proprio. È una pizza soddisfacente con porchetta provola patate sia chips che alla base con crema di patata viola e fonduta di cheddar. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Abbiamo mangiato una pizza buonissima con prodotti ottimi, appena arrivate le semplici margherite si sentivano già dal profumo che sarebbero state ottime. Impasto eccezionale tutti e dico tutti hanno mangiato il cornicione e questo è davvero già un segnale forte della bontà dell'impasto. Non metto le 5 stelle per il servizio che anche se è stato ottimo davvero, in effetti pecca in lentezza troppo poco forse una persona sola al forno pizze, ma lo spazio è limitato. Per il resto consigliatissimo, il giorno dopo ci ho già mandato una collega col fidanzato. I went there for lunch on a Sunday with friends.
