Inoltre va indicato nel menu se un ingrediente (es. cetrioli) è fresco o sottaceto. Infine, ma non ultimo, chi risponde a tel mette pure in dubbio che si attende da un bel po', con tono un po' piccato, completa il giudizio negativo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure every American living in pozzouli knows Donn'anna. It's a great pizza place, and I'm always happy to go. A good selection of beers, and a large burger menu as well. The owner speaks English very well, and is more than happy to explain anything from the menu to the source of the ingredients. Absolutely a must stop in pozzouli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have decent pizza and burgers to which I would rather give 3 maybe 4 stars. But the 1 star is for their delivery. I ordered last night and I entered a specific address and gave detailed, specific instructions with landmarks on where my building is and the delivery kid decided he will not follow it.
1. He went to the wrong street
2. He was also mad on the phone
3. I had to go to the street he went to
This could have been avoided if he only had entered the address I gave them on maps.
My address wasn’t difficult either, they have successfully delivered to me before.

I give my highest recommendation for their burgers. Great ingredients, fantastic burger to bun ratio, and a fitting price for it all.
