★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good, the wait staff is nice, but the man at the door who adds your name to the waiting list has horrible customer service. Also, he leaves space in between the names so he adds friends to the list above you even though they came after you. Finally, when my name was called it was always for the worst table in the place. I will not return to this restaurant because of him. If they hired someone else, I would go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people running this place are incredibly and unbelievably rude. I tried to call to place an order delivery OR pick up and they hung up on me twice. I asked if the person spoke English. They said no but later put another person on that DID speak English. Why didn't they put them on when I asked at the beginning of the call? Then that person, instead of answering my questions, hung up on me. When I thought we'd been disconnected, I called back. They put the English speaker back on the phone and I asked if they'd hung up on me. Then in an instance, this person forgot how to speak English. "No. No. No English." And they hung up on me a second time. They clearly do not need anyone's business. So I called Amici instead. I recommend you do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At Pizzalo' the food is AMAZING and prices are very honest. We were 6 people and had a selection of dishes including pizzas, pasta and fish of the day plus desserts, and everything was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant in Pozzuoli where the staff is genuinely friendly and customer service oriented. A very welcomed alternative to the various tourist trap restaurants in Naples, where you eat very average food at exorbitant prices, served by moody staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tasty pizza!!! We ordered some take away pizzas an they all were amazing. The pizza maker showed us each type of mozzarella he would use in our pizzas. Margherita was the best. We also liked a star shaped pizza. Each of the 5 parts had a different stuffing. The prices are average not too high, but if you order take away each pizza is €1-1.5 cheaper than in the menu
