★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato in largo anticipo, chiamano alle 11.20 dello stesso giorno dell'intervento dicendo che hanno un'urgenza e la prima data disponibile è il 20 Gennaio!!! Ho preso il pomeriggio libero da lavoro dato che l'unico orario libero concordato proprio il 02 Novembre era per le ore 14. Evitate se vi è possibile di fare affidamento a ditte del genere. Professionalità e rispetto inesistenti.
Booked well in advance, they call at 11.20 on the same day of the surgery saying they have an urgency and the first available date is January 20th !!! I took the afternoon off from work since the only free time agreed on 02 November was at 2 pm. Avoid, if you can, to rely on such companies. Non-existent professionalism and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente vergognosi!!! Ho preso appuntamento 40 giorni fa per la pulizia caldaia e controllo fumi. Il mio compagno si prende mezza giornata per essere a casa per le 13.45, orario dell'appuntamento. Mi chiama una signora dicendomi "al momento stiamo gestendo le urgenze quindi devo spostarle l'appuntamento a febbraio". Ho fatto presente che ho la scadenza per la pulizia fumi e mi risponde "non ci sono ancora i controlli, vuole che non lo sappiamo? Comunque se le va bene le dò un appuntamento sennò faccia altrimenti". Ma scherziamo? Vergognatevi! Il mio compagno è passato in ufficio giustamente alterato, ha trovato 3 donne sgarbate non curanti di aver procurato un disagio e non soddisfatte gli hanno riso in faccia. Gente così merita di non lavorare! La professionalità non si sa neanche cosa sia!
Simply ashamed !!! I made an appointment 40 days ago to clean the boiler and check the fumes. My partner takes half a day to be home by 1.45pm, appointment time. A lady calls me and says "at the moment we are managing emergencies so I have to move the appointment to February". I pointed out that I have the deadline for cleaning fumes and he replies "there are no checks yet, do you want us not to know? Anyway, if it suits you I'll give you an appointment or else do it otherwise". Are we kidding? Shame on you! My partner went to the office with a justifiable alteration, found 3 rude women who did not care about having caused discomfort and not satisfied they laughed in his face. People like that deserve not to work! Professionalism is not even known what it is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato contattato dalla ditta Pivetta Giovanni per un problema riscontrato sulla caldaia installata da altri nel 2017 che presentava un problema al flussometro che si era guastato. Sono venuti su appuntamento nel giorno concordato e nell'orario per visionare la caldaia. Con professionalità hanno rilevato il problema e la soluzione che riguardava la sostituzione del flussometro, ordinato il pezzo sono stato contattato dalla segretaria che mi ha preannunciato il costo. Preso appuntamento tutto risolto con professionalità e serietà con un costo nella media .
I was contacted by the Pivetta Giovanni company for a problem found on the boiler installed by others in 2017 which presented a problem with the flow meter that had failed. They came by appointment on the agreed day and at the time to view the boiler. With professionalism they detected the problem and the solution that concerned the replacement of the flow meter, ordered the piece, I was contacted by the secretary who announced the cost. Made an appointment all resolved with professionalism and seriousness with an average cost.
