★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati due volte in quattro anni ed in entrambe le occasioni mi hanno dato un appuntamento che poi non hanno rispettato....ma non ritardando, non presentandosi proprio senza nemmeno avvisare.
 Called twice in four years and on both occasions they gave me an appointment that they didn't respect .... but not delaying, not showing up just without notifying.

Chiedo scusa per inconveniente, e continuerò a usare loro per assistenza e vendita prodotti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L' azienda si spaccia per assistenza autorizzata Vaillant non essendolo più . Da ciò nascono controversie legate al fatto che comunque pretendono il pagamento dell' uscita nel migliore dei casi. Se poi non ci si accorge della cosa si rischia di dover pagare interventi che sarebbero passati in garanzia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi pessimi da tutti i punti di vista, non rispondono ne alle mail e neppure al telefono. Probabilmente, anzi sicuramente sono tecnicamente scarsi e incapaci. In 2 mesi non sono stati in grado di formulare un preventivo....
I would say bad from all points of view, they do not answer e-mails or even the phone. Probably, indeed certainly they are technically scarce and incapable. In 2 months they were unable to formulate a quote ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati più volte negli anni per caldaia Junkers. Ultima volta per mancanza di acqua calda 2 giorni prima di ferragosto, e mi hanno risolto il problema al volo.
Assistenza professionale al giusto prezzo.
Called several times over the years for Junkers boiler. Last time for lack of hot water 2 days before August, and they solved the problem on the fly.

Ottima azienda. Già dal sopralluogo il tecnico è stato preciso, chiaro e competente. Hanno rispettato tutte le tempistiche di produzione preventivo, installazione e collaudo della caldaia. Bravi anche ad intervenire a richieste successive di intervento per un piccolo problema, poi risolto in meno di 24 ore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto sostituire la caldaia esterna usufruendo degli incentivi statali, che dire.... molto soddisfatto sia del reparto tecnico che degli installatori che sono stati veloci , professionali e molto educati. Lo consiglio vivamente.
I had the external boiler replaced taking advantage of state incentives, that is to say .... very satisfied with both the technical department and the installers who were fast, professional and very polite. I highly recommend it.
