★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dicembre 2020 porto un iphone XS da aggiustare solo la backcover, parte esterna, solo estetica. mi era stato detto che intanto era originale cosa non vera ma poi mi e tornato un iphone con tasti volume rotti, tasto vibrazione rotta, non mi si connette più a distanza con blouthoot e wi-fi, fotocamera che in giro di un mese mi ha iniziato a creare macchie di sporcizia, sono andato più volte a reclamare, a parole dicevano che me lo avrebbero aggiustato, da dicembre aspettano i pezzi dalla cina che non sono mai arrivati e siamo ad aprile 2021.. mai più da loro, mancanza di esperienza e rispetto. NON ANDATE DA LORO VE LI SCONSIGLIO.
 December 2020 I bring an iPhone XS to be adjusted only the backcover, external part, only aesthetics. I was told that in the meantime it was original which was not true but then I returned an iphone with broken volume keys, broken vibration key, it no longer connects to me from a distance with blouthoot and wi-fi, camera that within a month has started creating dirt stains, I went several times to complain, in words they said they would fix it for me, from December they are waiting for the pieces from china that never arrived and we are in April 2021 .. never again from them, lack of experience and respect. DO NOT GO TO THEM AND I DISCOURAGE THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo costretto a dover lasciare una seconda recensione totalmente negativa. Sono FURIBONDO. Dopo la riparazione disastrosa mi sono fatto convincere a riportare il monopattino al loro centro assistenza per rimediare al danno. Bene. Anzi Malissimo. La gomma che la prima volta non era stata riparata, è stata riparata, ma il monopattino è stato DEVESTATO durante la riparazione. La ruota posteriore fa un rumore assurdo (e meno male che era stato provato anche provato!) Vorrei precisare che il monopattino quando è stato portato in assistenza era perfetto, tranne per la ruota a terra. Era silenziosissimo e praticamente NUOVO (ovvero con meno di 200 km percorsi ). Ora dal rumore che fa sembra una vecchia locomotiva. ATTENDO UN CONTATTO DA UN RESPOSABILE E UN RIMBORSO IMMEDIATO per il tempo perso e perchè ora dovrò riportarlo nuovamente ad un centro assistenza competente. EVITATE TOTALMENTE QUESTO NEGOZIO. Sono completamente incompetenti.
I find myself forced to leave a second totally negative review. I'm FURIBONDO. After the disastrous repair, I was persuaded to take the scooter back to their service center to repair the damage. Good. Very bad indeed. The tire that was not repaired the first time was repaired, but the scooter was DEVESTED during the repair. The rear wheel makes an absurd noise (and thank goodness it had also been tried!) I would like to point out that the scooter when it was brought in for assistance was perfect, except for the wheel on the ground. It was very quiet and practically NEW (i.e. with less than 200 km traveled). Now from the noise it makes it looks like an old locomotive. I WAIT FOR A CONTACT FROM A RESPONSIBLE AND AN IMMEDIATE REFUND for the time lost and because now I will have to bring it back to a competent service center. AVOID THIS STORE TOTALLY. They are completely incompetent.

Ho portato un cellulare Samsung che non caricava più, e la diagnosi fu veloce, colpa del connettore di carica che fu immediatamente sostituito. Chiesi se questo lavoro rientrava in garanzia visto che il cellulare era acquistato da 1 anno e mi dissero NO in quanto parte soggetta a usura.
Dopo neanche mezzora dal ritiro il cellulare non funzionava più e mi dicono che era colpa dei cavi usati per caricarlo ( cavi originali samsung ) che erano danneggiati e hanno bruciato in 2 minuti il nuovo connettore. Quindi altra riparazione a pagamento ridotto e cavo nuovo venduto da loro. Hanno buttato i miei 3 cavi di carica e per fortuna dopo 3 giorni sono riuscita a recuperarli perchè non hanno svuotato i cestini.
Dopo una settimana il telefono non funzionava più allora mi sono rivolta ad un centro assistenza Samsung, dove non solo hanno costatato che i cavi funzionavano perfettamente ma la riparazione nel negozio Pit Phone mi ha fatto perdere la garanzia ufficiale Samsung.IL CONNETTORE DI CARICA RIENTRA NELLA GARANZIA DEL TELEFONO !!! La riparazione Samsung ha risolto il problema. Non mi rivolgerò mai più nei loro centri. Incompetenti e avidi di soldi. Spesi 110 euro per nulla e persa la garanzia del cellulare.
if I could I would not give any stars.
I brought a Samsung cellphone that was no longer charging, and the diagnosis was fast, the fault of the charging connector which was immediately replaced. I asked if this job was covered by the warranty since the cell phone had been purchased for 1 year and they said NO as it is a wear part.
Less than half an hour after the withdrawal, the phone no longer worked and they tell me that it was the fault of the cables used to charge it (original samsung cables) which were damaged and burned the new connector in 2 minutes. Then more low-cost repair and new cable sold by them. They threw away my 3 charging cables and luckily after 3 days I was able to recover them because they didn't empty the bins.
After a week the phone no longer worked so I turned to a Samsung service center, where not only did they find that the cables worked perfectly but the repair in the Pit Phone shop made me lose the official Samsung warranty. PHONE WARRANTY !!! Samsung repair solved the problem. I will never go to their centers again. Incompetent and greedy for money. I spent 110 euros for nothing and lost the cell phone guarantee.
